"Stylish B&B close to Vatican!"
Me and Girlfriend stayed in this hotel 4 nights, we were completely satisfied. It is located on the main floor of a really nice old building. The facility is really safe. Joseph our host wrote a mail to me, before our arrival about the check in, So we could check in earlier, right after we arrived to the location. He was a really nice guy and explained everything, we paid the fee upon arrival, and get the vouchers for the breakfast place. The room us very modern, completely renovated and super clean. We also was surprised, by the room service twice:). On the second night we had a little water problem in our bathroom, i contacted Joseph, and we were able to switch the room right away, even without meet him! And we stayed there the rest of our time. Wifi was only working in the Lobby except our first night. The public buses are often delayed but the Cipro metro station is in walking distance. You can get to Piazza del Popolo (city center) in approximately 35 minutes. Overall I can recommend this very much.

"Very good for allergy sufferers "
Friendly staff went out of their way to look after our young lad who has multiple allergies. The chef even made egg-free ice-cream from scratch (at breakfast time!) when they found out he couldn't eat at the local ice-cream parlours. For other meals, they helped my wife and I make sure that there weren't any allergens in his food which really helped us to relax and enjoy our stay. Concierge team sent up a beautiful big bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday And gave great recommendations for local eateries and booked good tables for us. This is definitely our hotel of choice in Rome.

Via di Santa Lucia 10, Rome - Map
It speaks for itself in the review I have given it .We could not fault the hotel or staff , especially the man on the front desk who came from Gloucester . We stayed four nights, The only thing we did miss was not being able to make a hot drink in our room.We had to go to cafe across the road for a cup of tea .The kitchen had limited opening .

"Amenities a bit misleading, decent for the price"
This is a nice place to stay for the money. The pictures are accurate. It is very close walking distance to the main entrance to the Vatican. The amenities are definitely not what are listed. There isn't a "rooftop terrace" (the guy who checked me in literally didn't know what I was talking about). It isn't actually a hotel OR a B&B, and they don't have room service. There's no coffee shop or cafe (unless you count the one up the block, closed on Sundays), no "front desk", no luggage storage (unless you count leaving your luggage in the common area, which I did), and everything but the rooms were built WAY before 2013. It is half of a floor of mixed offices/apartments, they have turned one unit into a few rental rooms. This is common in Italy, and is in no way meant to be a detriment. There's no office or desk, you go up to the floor that they are on and buzz in. You then go to the kitchen/common area (closed at night) to fill out paperwork. The room I had was nice, and had a small balcony with chairs (a rarity in Rome, most aren't big enough to stand on). You can smoke on the balcony. The bathroom was decent (and had a bidet), the shower had a bit of mold and was a bit small . . . but again very serviceable for the price. The rooms are nice and a bit eclectic, and the bed was comfortable. It had A/C, which is not a given in Italy. I say it isn't a B&B because it doesn't resemble or act like one. There is a tiny breakfast in the kitchen if you pay extra.

Massimo (the owner and host) was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are spacious, modern and exceptionally clean, and the location is perfect for the Vatican.

"Good value and very central"
When I first arrived at the premises, I was a bit worried, it looked like a sleazy street and very built up apartments, but I was pleasantly surprised at the effort to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed and we were so close to the Vatican, restaurants and shops, so apartment was very convenient.

"A beautiful boutique hotel in wonderful Roma"
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. We considered this a great plus, a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The city centre can be accessed very easily by taking the bus and tube. If you need to eat locally there is an excellent pizzeria within 4 minutes walk. A reasonable supermarket to buy beer and wine is 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is a gem, a mansion which was previously owned by a wealthy family. The rooms have very high ceilings with ample space. Our room was decorated in an art deco style, swathed with gold, very comfortable. The outside gardens are modest, full of orange and lemon trees, a pleasant place to read a book. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. All requests were dealt with promptly. Unfortunately our case was lost. Giulia the duty manger continually chased the airport baggage handlers until she got a result, with our baggage delivered 3 days late. We also thought our mattress was a little hard. We informed Giulia and it was changed immediately. The continental breakfast was enough to cover our needs with staff on hand to provide extra for those with larger appetites. The hotel offers great value and will not disappoint. As a cautionary note steer clear of street hawkers and unofficial tour guides and be on your guard against pick pockets masquerading as tourists. (Two Romany gypsy ladies with phones on selfie sticks stole my wife’s sun glasses from her bag when we were in the Pantheon). Keep bags zipped
