Every morning there were people drunk, yelling and trying to fight people from 4am. Staff were atrocious, except for 1 house cleaning lad. Do not go. Wifi doesn't work and got told, "YOU SHOULD HAVE DATA ON YOUR PHONE". How terrible.

With reference to your complaints there was one guest that was very loud at 4.00am and that was due to a medical condition were the ambulance was called and police and she was taken to hospital. Regarding the Wi-Fi the reason it was down was the modern was effected due to a power outage and after being on the phone to Telstra that problem was resolved after four hours. When you checked out and left your luggage at the motel and upon your return I informed you that the cleaning staff notified me that your room was left filthy and it took housekeeping more than double the time to clean the room which you took offence to. Very helpful staff on reception. Excellent fixtures and fittings with plenty of storage. Parking can be a little tricky when very busy, but otherwise highly recommended.

On check in the staff were very accommodating with a special request for our stay. They were willing to put themselves out to make my request possible. Thankyou. The motel was clean, comfortable,quiet,well located and it was great to be able to access a laundry . If we are ever back in town we will stay again.

The staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother. Our room was great, clean and spacious. And the shower had the best water pressure ive seen in ages! Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

We were more than happy with the room we were given. The reception saw that we were older and noted we had been booked into a room upstairs. We were offered a room on the ground floor and given assistance in ensuring that the parking at front of our room was always available. Many thanks for a great and quite stay while we were in Townsville to see a specialist.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Large room with good facilities ie kettle fridge microwave and kitchen utensils. Only thing was shower and bathroom floor were very very slippery

Beautiful location with the Castle Rock looming up to the sky. Views from top incredible. Lovely room with all facilities. Staff very helpful with advice on where to visit.
