The cooling inverter on our balcony made that space unusable- a shame as it had a beautiful view. The cleaning appeared to be cursory- coffee stains on the trash cans, corners not clean. Nice location and very comfortable unit.

The noise coming through from the next room due to adjoining rooms was horrendous. We heard every scream and the child’s running foot fall as though they were in the room with us. Never again.

Amazing apartment, great communication and service prior to our visit. Everything was easy with after hours check in etc. the apartment was clean and huge and close to restaurants. We will be back for sure

Located in a quiet area, pool was clean and welcoming. The room was adequate. There were two single beds in the second bedroom but walking and suitcase space was limited due to a spare folding bed stored in the room. Bedrooms were smaller than expected but beds were comfortable. We would have liked the bedding changed more frequently on a long stay- this was discussed with staff and rectified but the delay should not have happened.

The property is quite nice has everything you need and is located in a very convenient place to restaurants the city and the ferry terminal to Magnetic Island. No complaints about the property. However I need to mention that on check in the staff member was very cold....no interaction what so ever....we actually felt as if we were bothering her by wanting to check in. A bit of friendliness and interaction costs nothing. Shame really because due to that I wouldnt rush back here.

This makes it difficult for me to attend to any issues you may have experienced.
