Room smelled like an ashtray when I arrived and when I told cleaning service all they did was spray air freshener. When I told the reception desk they didn't care as I was leaving a day early because of the smell. Worst stay in Townsville

Aircon and bathroom exhaust were extremely dirty. Dust and dirt under door, in wardrobe and behind the tv. Tv didn't work, kettle was electrically unsafe and faulty - when turned on did not turn off. Check in was delayed and room wasn't ready by 230 - the reception did change our room on check-in so we could get in.

Location is perfect very close to everything. Staff are all nice and friendly very welcoming. The rooms are so comfy. Great value for money. Worth it!

Dirty and moldy. Dust every where. Bed falling apart. Muitple surfaces in the bath room delaminating and counting large amounts of mould.

Parking available for free not too far, easy access, hotel is rather old, looks like a project block when you walk in but overall for low price better than a hostel

Full of mould and filthy. Serious health issues associated with mould. Leaking air conditioner. Stinky damp carpet. Stinky spare blanket. Picture covered in dust. Paint peeling. Walls are so thin you can hear everything, like it's in the room with you, both inside and outside the hotel.

We have had a late check in so needed download a specific app. All good but it didn’t work as should. Green light was flashing but doors didn’t open because someone in the office didn’t activate a passcode. Security came and let us in for additional $95!!!!!

We understand old building but there is no excuse for dirty. There was a brush in the pool. The blinds were full of dust. Hair in the bathroom dead cockroaches near the elevator.

Basic hotel in great position.
This is a basic hotel in the middle of downtown. Woolworths is next door. There is no on site parking. The room was very clean but the furnishings were old but in good condition. The room was about 15-20 m2.
