Had a late check in, key was not there. Had to call and wait for someone to come and sort a key. Aircon in loungeroom and kitchen didnt work, no communication that they didnt work. They are great apartments in a great location, just a couple disappointing factors that could have been communicated or done better.

Things were good until the lifts broke down,had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. To their defence lifts were out of action due to the winds from Cyclone Jasper and no communication with its guests.

Noising, could hear water through walls when toilets in Other units flushed, obviously no lagging on plumbing and no insulations in walls Dirty stained curtains that didnt fit sliding doors properly
