Hi IngridAs per phone conversation before you arrived, you were told your caravan would not fit on the property, unfortunately it was brought on and got wedged in our enclosed driveway.We do have an enclosed driveway and an open driveway for guests to enter and exit with standard sized vehicles.Kind Regards

Hi Rebecca,Thanks for taking the time to review our property, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. In regards to water and ice - For health and safety we cannot fill these for you, but we do provide a water jug and ice tray in your fridge\freezer for you to fill at your own requirements. There is a microwave in rooms but these rooms are not self contained (kitchenette with sink or washing up facilities), so if requiring rooms with cooking facilities and plates cutlery etc you could either book a self contained room or ask the friendly staff at reception for anything you may require.

Hi Ida,Thanks for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. With new mattresses, as with pillows, everyone has there own sleep comfort whether it be soft, medium or firm. We try to accommodate and take this in to consideration, however not everyone has the same sleep comfort.

Thank you for your review Francine. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and our wonderful rooms and location. We did have an unusually cool period and unfortunately we cannot help the pool being a bit cooler during this time. The office windows do connect to the pool area and if this was an issue for you we would have been happy to close all the blinds whilst you used the pool. Our location and rooms give guests the necessary space and facilities to stay for short or long periods depending on their needs. We would love to welcome you back on your next visit to Townsville.
