Room had a fabulous view of the river! Check in was easy and I loved the 12pm check out!

Location wss terrific. Staff was very good! But the room was a little dated including the bathroom.

Looked very posh but was a little disappointed when we walked into the room the bathroom suite was very out dated and worn bed was comfy though the rooms just need updating

Loved the location of this property- close to the Tube and bus stops and fairy stop! Beautiful view of Tower Bridge. So close to the Tower of London if you take a tour of that. Quaint peaceful rooms. Delicious afternoon tea spread in the hotel’s restaurant.

The location was excellent and the view from my window of Tower Bridge beautiful. I was surprised that I could not control the room temperature which was too hot at night especially, that there was now power point by the bed nor in the bathroom and there was no Mimi bar. Concierge was excellent. A was able to log Log to internet with phone and I pad but my lap top would not and I had to ask for a separate log in which did work but only through chrome, not Safari for some reason, although my other devices also use Safari. We were unable to get restaurant food at 11 am and has to go elsewhere for brunch. Just a few points I would not expect at this standard hotel. Unable to control room temperature would stop me staying here again. Thank you

Pictures look way newer than the actual in real life. The washroom wasn't that clean and the hallways of the rooms were smelly and darkly lit. Can definitely use some renovations. I also noticed people's dishes that were left in the hallway until the next morning and they were STILL there. Shouldn't housekeeping be cleaning these up?
