Fabulous, except for one sweaty detail.
We stayed here for two nights at the beginning and again at the end of our holiday. It's in a great central location and the staff were really accommodating with first and early check in, and then a very late arrival. Our first visit was a regular room which is on the small side (as are many in Europe), for the return we booked a Privilege room which was well worth it. We didn't have the breakfast as didn't feel that it was worth 20 Euro/person for us as we generally grab a coffee and croissant. The only criticism, and it's very much a personal preference but I'm certain others will relate, is that they use a mattress protector under the sheet that basically amounts to a plastic shower cap. It's some kind of waterproof fabric that crinkles when you turn over and traps your body heat so you wake up sweltering in the middle of the night. This was in both rooms and we tried to put up with it. Finally, the last night we actually took it off. It's a shame as the beds are really comfortable. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels of varying "stars"and that sort of protector is not the norm, there are better ones out there that don't leave guests feeling like they're in a midnight sauna. Hopefully management gets enough feedback that they consider a more reasonable alternative.

Great location, in a very walkable area of the city with nearby dining and shopping options. Property is very nice, and staff was pleasant and attentive. Very much recommended. Minor negatives . . . if you opened a window at night, noise from street level could be fairly high (on one side of hotel), and if you tried to park a rental car in the hotel garage, if is quite difficult to maneuver in. (But other public garages are within a short walking distance that are comfortable to get into/out of.)

Lovely oasis of calm in the city
We arrived on a Saturday evening and we’re greeted by a friendly receptionist who got us checked in quickly and efficiently. The room had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay though I must admit to being a little disappointed not to have one of the lovely top floor rooms with a balcony we had the last time we stayed here. Hotel staff kindly booked us a table at a restaurant we requested as we had arrived quite late. We had a totally enjoyable stay and we will be back and highly recommend this hotel

Felt more like a cheap conference hotel, with many annoying economies like paper cups for in-room coffee (very few options, some of them horrible, and no biscuits), laughable minibar (one lager, coke, water, orange juice), one loo-roll, Toiletries with waterscale on the outside. Functional but not welcoming and not particularly comfortable.

The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean. But service is so so. Tiny breakfast place with limited choice. I have been to Toulouse many times, the worst choice we made.

The sheet wouldn't stay put as it wasn't long enough to tuck under the mattress properly, probably because an extra mattress was on top of the original one, not comfortable and very annoying.

Good location. Room could be better.
Bed was comfortable but the pillows were cheap quality so very uncomfortable. Found hairs in the bathroom and dust in the room. Air conditioning noisy but room too hot if not on so slept with window open (we were lucky that we had fire escape, so window/door to fire escape could be opened and put on latch). Fridge was nice and quiet but something had been spilt by previous guests and not cleaned away. Shower was good. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Overall the stay was fine - would possibly consider staying again as location for shops and restaurants was excellent.

Hotel was incredibly warm and stuffy. There were 6 of us staying at the hotel across 4 different floors and none of the rooms had air conditioning. The communal areas are lovely and clean and breakfast was the usual continental version but was good with a fair selection.

The hotel located the centre of Toulouse, although it is a petit hotel but the management is good, the front desk staffs are friendly, good quality of breakfast and comfortable room.

Spectacular!
What a wonderful hotel! The location is perfect, easy access to sites, restaurants, bars, both Metro lines. Amazingly friendly staff, wonderful facilities. And thank you for the unexpected upgrade! What a joyous gem for an otherwise trying stay in town -- this hotel saved the trip from being a total mess. Highly recommended!
