Wonderful terraced house located in the medieval old town of Tossa de Mar, Vila Vella, where the needed vacation peace awaits you, not least due to a ban on cars. The house over a total of three floors once served as a painter's studio, as the inscription on the facade still records today. From the top floor you can enjoy a great sea view. Here, the small terrace also offers a beautiful view of one of the fortress towers. Besides an interesting history, Tossa de Mar also offers many events such as concerts, markets and exhibitions.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person or bring their own. Up to two pets are allowed.

Logement insalubre
Pas d’eau chaude malgré des charges élevées. Fuite d’eau par le plafond. Humidité dans tout le logement avec les odeurs associées. Tous nos vêtements sont humides. Quand vous vous asseyez dans les canapés, vous avez les fesses mouillées au bout de 2 minutes. Mobiliers moisis. Salle de douche vétuste et sale. Les lits sont vieux et sales. Pas de lit double dans la chambre parentale. Problème électrique. On se prend une décharge à chaque fois que l’on touche un appareil électroménager. Faux contact dans les interrupteurs. Plusieurs ampoules HS. Lorsque vous vous mettez à table à l’extérieur vous avez la compagnie des rats. Logement pour 9 dans l’annonce, il n’y a pas assez de vaisselle ni de chaise!
