Ideal for relaxed coastal holiday living, this 3-bedroom townhouse has many advantages; foremost, the location allows guests to park the car in the garage and explore everywhere on foot – no need to battle for seasonal car parking!

Upstairs offers a private north deck with an outdoor setting and glass balustrades that overlook the ground level courtyard – a lovely place to enjoy your morning cuppa or afternoon sunshine and drinks. The sunny open plan living, meals and kitchen area has Blackbutt hardwood timber floors and soft grey lounge suites, complementing the modern kitchen with marble-look stone countertops and black accents throughout.

Everything you need to prepare meals at home has been provided in the kitchen, or indulge in a huge variety of local takeaway options, with seating available at the 6-seater oak dining table or outdoor setting. Quality stainless steel appliances are featured, from the induction cooktop to the electric oven, single-drawer dishwasher, and stylish integrated cabinetry. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The Master bedroom is located upstairs, with a Queen size bed, his n’ hers built-in robes and a console desk for any work requirements. A luxurious, light-filled ensuite features a large shower, stone vanity and toilet. This upper level also has a convenient powder room for guests.

The family bathroom downstairs has a large shower, vanity and toilet, plus heated towel rails. It services two more bedrooms with built-in robes. One is a Twin Single bedroom, the other a Queen room with sliding door access to a shaded courtyard for outdoor entertaining. It has synthetic turf, concrete base, landscaped garden and the option to park a second car undercover. A single lock up garage with auto garage door combines convenient laundry facilities (washing machine).

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
- Located approximately 750 metres to the gorgeous Cosy Corner Beach
- 1 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores
- A 5 -10 minute stroll to the surf shops.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Treat yourself to a bought coffee in the lovely organic café in the same square as Coles, just a couple of minutes walk away.

If you would like to go out for brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas or a few drinks, there are great cafes and wine bars in abundance all within a few minutes walk. Many places have ‘Happy Hour’. Gilbert Street and its surrounds is a great little area to explore as well as Bell St.

There are numerous little boutiques, and anything you could want in clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

If you go to the western end of Boston Rd you will find Surf City Plaza, home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes and supermarket within steps of the front door. On-street parking is available, plus a single lock up garage & a second car park undercover.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.

Very clean property. For us, the stairs were a bit difficult..also, in the showers, nothing to hold on to - important for older visitors. Short drive to supermarkets, cafes, which mostly closed at 3pm, and the beach. Prompt replies and help from property managers. The TV was too complicated for us to use, unfortunately..luckily we'd brought lots of reading material.

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights and had an absolute blast. The townhouse was beautiful and brand new. Everything we needed was provided and we appreciated the welcome pack also. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor area was lovely to use also. Coles is literally right next door which made it simple to stock up on food supplies. We also appreciated the space to lounge and play board games, as well as access to wifi and steaming services on the TV. This was a wonderful location and communication with Ocean Edge was easy and convenient. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
