We stayed for this year’s opening weekend of the Bluejays, an annual event. This was our first stay at the Hyatt Regency. First impressions were very nice and the stay were very welcoming and amendable as we arrived a few hours before check-in. Our room was very clean. The decor is a bit dated, but has all the electronic conveniences such as PC dock, modern smart TV. Our room was a bit peculiar as the bathroom door was a pocket design and it was a challenge to get it to latch. Further the door and a panel on the bathroom wall were frosted glass, which may be a privacy issue for some, but more of a nuisance when someone other than yourself uses the bathroom in the middle of the night. Lit up the entire room. Location to the Rogers Centre, stores, transportation and restaurants was top shelf. Uber was easy if required. Special shout out to Zak of the hotel staff, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you to him.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location, the only down fall was that the sleep setup was uncomfortable. The bed sheets and comforter felt like sleeping in bags, the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was really hard. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was in a good area.

We had an excellent first visit to Toronto and we were happy with the hotel. The location was fantastic and very walkable to major tourist attractions. We had a noisy neighbor but the hotel took care of it right away. The only concern was the concierge was a bit pushy but no other complaints.

I fell off from a chair in my room only had 3 wheels it hurts my back. The manager came and apologized and offered my family free breakfast. Hopefully they are really to check every hardwave before ppls stay in.

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly kind. The only comment I have is that the rooms are much smaller than they seem in pictures - with 4 people in a room it was quite tiny. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay!

All the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Desk and store were manned 24 hours. The restaurant downstairs had a buffet breakfast with beautiful fresh fruit and an omelet bar. The parking garage is a little tight but there was always space available. It was a 8 minute walk to CN Tower and about 15 minutes to CF Eaton Centre. I would gladly stay here again.
