Where do I begin! Our stay was, terrible, and we found BED BUGS. We always do bed checks when we stay in a hotel, and did so on the first night of our stay, however, on the second day we noticed a bug crawling across a sweater and immediately took action. We did some research and determined that it was in fact a bed bug. After calling the front desk to report our findings, we put it in an empty disposable water bottle and were told that we would not be reimbursed for the stay but rather moved to a different room until they can confirm that the room does in fact have bugs. The manager said that Orkin comes at night and I would be presented a full report in the morning. After almost two and some hours of a wait we were finally moved to a new room, so we did another bed check and found the shedding of a bed bug on the mattress. In addition to the second bug, the carpet had food all over and pieces of pink confetti, so it obviously was not clean (as promised that it would be). Again, calling the front desk they gave the same song and dance, but I told them that we did not have hours to wait for a new room as we did have an event to attend that evening and the time was coming close. They moved us up to the 27th floor, with rooms that practically look like a different hotel altogether, and we thankfully did not find anything.
