Check-in was easy, with a lovely, friendly receptionist. It was simple to find our cabin, which was right on the beachfront, with an access path immediately to the left. The cabin was very clean, but not in the best state of repair. All sliding doors were difficult to move, if not off their tracks, and the window blinds difficult to close in the kitchen. It was a lovely, quiet locale with the Bateau Bowlo 5 mins drive. Best menu ever! Yes, I'd definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here several times over past month Cabins are great , short walk to beach , has a pool and play ground for kids - be nice to see a spa 😉 Grounds are kept well , hardly any noise Staff very friendly and helpful

Great facilities for kids in nice weather but if it’s raining there is nothing, pretty disappointed with the condition of our room very run down and old, we were 15 mins late on check out and they $$$$$$$$

The property itself (self contained cabin) was quite dated & looking very tired & old...Although very clean! If you're looking for just a bed in the perfect location, this is the perfect spot. Beautiful location, Very Friendly staff. Wonderful unique Pool & close to shops. Will definitely stay again.

Great location! Kids loved the jumping pillow. Staff friendly and helpful. Could do with some cosmetic & minor repairs (new interior paint and the blinds in living room & main bedroom were broken). Always enjoy our stays.

We like the location and proximity to the beach and good walks. The park was clean and tidy. The cabin we stayed in had all we needed but, apart from looking dated and tired, we unfortunately also found that the air conditioner did not work. On a cold winter's night, this became very uncomfortable. We did not realise that we could have contacted the park Manager that night for a substitute heater. We were informed of this the next morning. Overall the staff were efficient and friendly and we would return. Hopefully renovations and updating will be occurring.

As described and expected...check-in was fast and efficient. Actual cabin main bedroom with Queen sized bed (with bedside tables and lights) and separate bedroom with 2 x 2 bed bunks. Unfortunately rained 2 of the 3 days we were there but none the less we used the pool swimming to the Grand Daughter's enjoyment. Disco night on Friday night was a alternative to planned activity which was washed out because of rain. Dicso compare 'TJ' is fantastic in his role and kept the kids involved (and under control) with high energy dancing. 'TJ' has a rare vocal talent which he displayed at the conclusion of the Disco. All in all a very enjoyable stay although it was raining most of the time.

Lovely time of year to travel there (November). Hired bikes, had a swim, its right on the beach, close to shops and cafes....really perfect. Definitely would go again. Only wish would be that the pool was heated!

Urine on the toilet seat, dirt on the cabin floor and generaly cleaned in a rush. Park Manager tried to say he cleaned it himself when obviously he only works in the office. Tried to deny the cabin was dirty and blame it on us. They offered late check-out or a free night we didn't accept and won't be back. That's council run holiday parks for you!

The property was great and over all very clean. I love that the cabin had good coffee, tea and biscuits for us on arrival, not the cheap nasty stuff. The blinds let a lot of light in so no sleeping in and the shower has some mould in the grout not so nice. Over all we had a great stay and would stay again.
