As a small operation, conveniently located to most facilities our price is in the modest range as motel accommodation goes in Toowoomba. Perhaps you needs would be better met at a 4+ star motel in the Toowoomba area.Warm regards

Hi Amber, Yes, it was unfortunate that the driveway was unable to be driven on on Tuesday which is why I sent an email after you'd made your booking, explaining about the driveway and parking situation with the offer for you to cancel and that I would waive all fee's even though it was non refundable. Our office is open everyday from 7am until 6pm. I am sorry if I missed you and wasn't there to say farewell when you departed at 9am, as I am always on site to assist our guests.
