Of all the stopovers we are making at the moment, It was nice being greeted by Management with a smile and a chat. The nicest I’ve come across so far. We stayed in after arriving as we just wanted to relax. And decided to order from the Menu for in room dining. I ordered a Fillet Steak cooked to perfection, with Pepper Sauce, Vegetables & Chips. My husband ordered Mango Chicken & Rice with Vegetables. Both Meals were delicious and reasonably priced. The Motel is situated on a busy street. We were in a front room, it was very noisy. The room we booked had a queen bed which was uncomfortable and the pillow was hard and high. The room also had 2 singles, due to traffic noise we slept in the single beds. They were much more comfortable. The Rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

I had stayed in this property before and I had a good experience, this time not so much. The remmo we had was today but had a funny smell and was not the cleanest room we have stayed in. This coupled with the noise from the road traffic and we had a pretty averystay.

Great staff. Room is aged but in good condition. Needs a general refurb, but good value for money. Fair bit of road noise from West St. until quite late into the evening as our room was on that side of the facility, but we were there on a Saturday night, so it may have been worse than normal due to that reason. Overall, happy with the experience for the one night we spent there. Thanks

acceptable place to stay
Typical Motel rooms, slightly dated, clean but not serviced during stay. TV, Fridge, kettle, toaster crockery and utensils. Resonable room service food. Shower door required extra screw, and end stop to net curtain rail missing, allowing curtains to fall off rail. Generally clean and tidy and friendly, in need of a little TLC to raise the bar.

Our apartment was older style but very well appointed, roomy, comfy large bed and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The fridge was extremely cold, froze the water in a metal water bottle until we turned it down. Only comment was smokers allowed to smoke on seat outside the apartment was off putting for this non smoker.
