I stayed over night to rest before driving back home out of town. The stay was peaceful. It’s quiet and very clean. I will stay again if I’m ever in the area.

When Expedia failed at their end to transfer the reservation to Home2 Suites, they untangled the issue, which showed itself as me not having a reservation, and honored the price. My displeasure at check-in was not the hotels failing, but Expedia's... According to the hotel manager

Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and had a nice breakfast in the morning. We stay at a lot of home 2 suites for this reason while traveling with our kids for their sporting events!

The female staff at check in and check out were extremely rude. They also charged me twice for one room and when I addressed it the lady was rude and could care less and there was no management anywhere. I will be calling corporate and reporting them.

I love Home2Suites. So much room to put items, full fridge w/freezer and a sink makes things so convenient! I will say, you all need to have more than one fan on hand. When i called the front desk and they said they didn't have any fans b/c they only have one and someone was using it. I was very polite about this tidbit of info-I said that women in hit a point where they get hot-flashes. These typically happen worst in the evening. It can terribly affect sleeping through the night if we don't have a fan to move around the air. All I said was that it would be a good idea to have more than one on hand, maybe 3-4. They said thanks (sarcastically) and immediately hung up on me. That was pretty rude, but everything else was great!

Room was okay. The rooms appear a little worn but comfortable and kept clean. The pillows were a little lumpy but bedding was warm and soft. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and sweet. She was very helpful for local food recommendations.
