I give this an 8 because the wifi isn't perfect all the time. I'm kind of surprised in a modern city like Tokyo a hotel would have occasional spotty wifi. It made for a couple of difficult work calls, although most of the time it worked fine. The walls also aren't the thickets - it wasn't really an issue for me but I would hear the phone alarm of the person above or next to me, and their alarm went on and on and on (repeated snooze?)... The washer/dryer in the room is a game changer. It's close to a subway station. Clean and in good shape. Really a great overall option for what you pay.

I enjoyed my stay at here. Rooms were nice. Having a washing machine in-room was a great (I had to switch rooms because my machine went on the fritz but other than that I had no issues). The hotel is a short walk from the train which made getting around a breeze. I would definitly stay here again.

We booked this hotel mainly because it has an in-room washer & dryer, but we were pleasantly surprised by how close it is to major train stations (Takanawa Gateway and Sengakuji) as well as a conbini (Daily Yamazaki) and a few restaurants and cafes. For the value, this is a great option for all those reasons. Check in and check out were easy, and there are a few hotel staff with fluent English. We were also able to drop off our bags before checking in, and by the time we returned, our bags were in the room.

I really liked the staff, even though there was a slight language barrier they were so kind and hospitable. This location was very close to multiple train stations . The double room was perfect and I liked that there was a washer and dryer inside of the hotel room a long with a micro wave . It came in handy to wake up all of the food from the konbinis nearby. Overall, i wish i booked this stay for my entire trip . I will be staying here again when I visit japan.

Has laundry (washer and dryer) in room. Central location, asakusa and yamanote lines are walking distance. Good combinis and restos around the area. Will stay here again on our next trip.

A nice stay and convenient place to get around Tokyo and beyond. It's a five minute walk away from Takanawa Gateway station and two minute walk from the Asakusa line. The room was mostly clean and the biggest plus was the washing machine/dryer. It was a standard Japanese room but there was a lack of storage space for your large luggage and to put your clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful and they are happy to store your luggage and put it in your room before check-in. Rooms are cleaned depending on how long your stay is, so bare that in mind. You can request a change of towel and changing the bin bags daily as long as it's before 11am. If you're travelling around this is a good place to have a base.

日本一時帰国時に利用しました。羽田空港から一本で泉岳寺駅まで10分少々で行けて、駅からホテルまでもすぐなので、スーツケースを持っての移動には最高の立地です。 お部屋に洗濯乾燥機があったので、連泊する身としてはとても助かりました。大通りに面していても騒音も全く無く、睡眠も問題ありませんでした。駅前開発中なので、完成したらもっと快適になるだろうなと思います。

This hotel was close to Shinagawa station, a stop away by train. The hotel is easy to walk to. I had a large luggage and was able to walk from the train station to the hotel. The room was clean and included a laundry machine including wash and dry and a small table. There was one window- the room I had faced a construction site and the light showed through the curtain and was a little bright. Food options in the area are limited, would recommend purchasing something at a bigger station or going to Shinagawa. Overall a good location to stay at for one night.

Washer and dryer in the room!
Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this hotel on our list for our next visit to Tokyo!

The room is spacious, I can move around with 2 medium sized luggages. The staff are polite and friendly. The place is also near attractions. And plenty of choices for the train stations to go about the area. Breakfast is good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. :)

Loved my stay here! The room and bathroom was spacious! Clean hotel, towels and property seemed new/renovated. The washer/dryer combo was such a great option for long stays! The area is nice and the lines are walkable/convenient! There’s an elevator close by so it was easy to lug luggage’s to the line. I would highly recommend staying here again!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights. It is conveniently located with direct access and no transfers required to and from Narita airport. Shinagawa, a major train station, is about a 15 minute walk away. A number of convenience stores are nearby as well as a major supermarket. Our unit had a combination washer and dryer which was extremely valuable given our length of stay. What is perplexing though is that is you stay 6 nights or less they will replace your towels, empty garbage and stock up on toilet paper on a daily basis. They will not change your sheets. If you stay a week or more they will change your bed linen once a week but only at that time your towels, replenish toilet paper and empty your garbage. This seems counterintuitive. Given that we stayed eight nights we accumulated a fair bit of garbage (take out containers) with someone taking it away one time during our visit. The room is a bit small for 2 people and luggage. In fact one person virtually had to crawl over the other to get in or out of bed since luggage placed along the end of the bed made it impossible to walk around it. From what we understand the room may nevertheless be somewhat large compared to other properties. The bed is a bit firm if that is your preference. The size of the bathroom is reasonable and you didn’t need to be “methodical” on how to manoeuvre within such a space. The restaurant downstairs serves a nice breakfast and lunch.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was a bit cramped and had very little space for our luggage to sit while also providing space for us to walk. We also feel like the replacement towels, pajamas, & toothbrushes every single day was a bit excessive. Especially since we could not fit the pajamas, so we had 4 or 5 sets laying around our cramped hotel room. Overall though, we loved our stay & the washer and dryer was a great addition for us! We would stay again!

Excellent 3-3.5 stars hotel highly recommend
It’s an excellent 3 stars hotel that serves its purpose. Easy checkin/checkout. Has all the necessary toiletries and amenities for a comfortable short stay. Literally 100 steps away from the station that takes you to Haneda airport. Blackout drapes and decent beddings (no Ritz but still gives a good night sleep) Great service. I left my diamond ring in the bathroom. I called the front desk after check-out, they immediately went to find my ring and I got it back. It meets a standard for a 4 stars hotel in some countries.

If you stay for less than a week (I think), they do not clean your room at all except for replacing the towels, tooth brushes, and etc. There is a fee per clean (forgot how much but not too expensive) if you want them to clean your room.
