スタッフの方はとても丁寧に応対して下さいましたが　禁煙室をリクエストしたにもかかわらず　喫煙室に3泊させられたのは　どうかと思います。 通常連泊客を優先するのではないでしょうか？

When we book this room they have a same price for non smoking and smoking rooms . When we reach there they charged us double price because we told them my husband has a asthma . They knew it this people not going because of health conditions so they charged us double money by saying they are giving us discounts . Is supposed to be 10960 yen they charged us 22000 . No moral values . Who has a time to argue with them after 20 hours in flight . So even we book it 6 months in advance they still charged us more than double price . I will not recommend anyone to stay there because for them how to make more money . Front desk hotel staff does not speak English very well but they only know extra money

Quite dated but I loved that it was. It was close to the train station and two Family Mart’s and the staff were super friendly. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Granted, this is a classic hotel that has retained it's look back to its last renovation in 1991. That said, it does show its age with smudges on the walls, and cracked bathroom countertops. I will say that the phone in the bathroom is a total classic throwback. Now it's 2023 and I'd say they are due for another refit don't you agree?

This hotel is very affordable, spacious, free breakfast (western and Japanese) and most of all, it is located very close to public transportation. I love how convenient it is to hop on a bus right in front of the hotel to Shibuya! I highly recommend this hotel to all who is visiting Tokyo.

A highly recommended hotel. Highly attentive and friendly staff. As tourists don't normally bring their own umbrella, we appreciate very much the hotel for allowing us to borrow umbrellas especially when two of our staying days were raining heavily. The hotel is merely 10 mins walk from the closest JR station, which is greatly convenient.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was walking distance to train station, convenience stores, dining places and other attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Would stay here again!

Reasonable price with pretty good conditions
We stayed there last Friday,Saturday and Sunday. The price is reasonable. Total price is just over 400 dollars. The location is good. We can not complain anything for this price. This is the cheapest price with good location and pretty good condition hotel we stayed in Japan this time.

It was a good enough place, and the room key was the actual key!! Very antique looking and fun! Wasn’t clear of they were recycling since there was only one type of garbage bin in the room. Wondered how they were recycling.

The hotel experience
Overall the stay was great except WIFI was slow and intermittently cuts off. The whole customer experience from front desk to housekeeping were outstanding. The service at the restaurant could be improved.

This is my third time staying Tokyo Grand Hotel, and I absolutely love it. The helpfulness of the staff and the affordable price for the area are truly astonishing. This hotel is a 5* experience, all thanks to the staff that work here, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the location. Firstly; the staff. Our room is always spotless thanks to the cleaners, all the staff are most kind and can speak good English. We had to contact our airline due to delays and the hotel gave us the correct country code and explained how to use the phones for outward dialling. They accepted deliveries to the hotel for us. They are well dressed and help us take our shopping to our room when we buy a lot! The cleaners are respectful and willing to clean your room later in the day if it suits you better. Second; it's conveniently located in between 4 different subway stations that we used daily, being no more than a ten minute walk from the hotel to each of them. You can reach all the most popular destinations in Tokyo using these stations. There is a Lawson and Family Mart on the same street as the hotel. Finally, I have seen other reviews for this hotel stating they were not happy with the size of the rooms, but unless you are over 7ft tall, there is no problem at all. Both the beds and bathrooms are spacious. My partner and I had four suitcases worth of belongings and the room still doesn't feel cramped. This place is part of of our incredible Japan experience. Thank you Tokyo Grand Hotel!

This hotel is just around the corner from Suidobashi station and is within ten minutes from Daimon and Mita stations too. Although check in is at 3pm, I was able to leave luggage at reception in the morning, and it was taken to my room for me.The staff understand English and accommodated me with my request for extra pillows (unlike another hotel I stayed in) and therefore although the bed was a bit soft, because I was comfy, I slept beautifully. There were drawers and a wardrobe in the room (unlike the other two hotels I stayed in in Tokyo). The bath is not big enough to soak in but that seems to be the way in Japan. There is Japanese tea in the room but no teaspoon and no coffee. Ice is in a freezer near the lifts.

Ok just for stay!
This is an old hotel and it was fine just for stay, but there was some mold around bathtub. i think this is usual thing specially for old hotels. There was not many restaurants in this area.
