Very disappointed with this property. We stayed at their sister hotel, the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel, and gave that 5 stars. Service was basically non -existent. Automated check in and check out. Good luck finding a staff member to
promptly assist you. Room was
in desperate need of vacuuming. It was hot and musty (early April) and the A/C took forever to cool things down. The buffet had a decent selection of Japanese breakfast items but not much in terms of a western breakfast. Coffee from an urn. Meh.. we cannot recommend this property. Unfortunately, there probably aren't a lot of other options right at Haneda airport.
