nice hotel
there are shuttle buses to charter us to disneyland / train stations. hotel is clean and quiet, nice view of mount fuji at a distance.

I like the vibe of the Hotel, so convenient going in and out of Urayasu and best of all the shuttle busses are really awesome as we don't have to add another transport expense going to Disney Resort, highly recommended

Ground level smelt icky. Also what really not like this hotel was there was NO dinning options. My family had to survive off of convenient store food. That gets old real quick. Staff said that the restaurant is only open on weekends when it’s advertised that is open daily. Also when first checked in I tried to add additional nights. Staff tried charging 850 for 2 nights!! That’s Disneyland resort prices!!! They are out of their mind. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe mid 2 low 3. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel with really huge room for the price paid. Clean and helpful staff. Lawson just downstairs and sea view room. The only thing is the hotel is near to nothing, you’ll need to travel via their shuttle bus if you need anything.. nearest (limited choice) food is also 10 min walk away.

Our accom was absolutely perfect. From the location and distance to the Disney Parks to the spacious room and incredible view from the window, it is safe to say that we didn't want to leave! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when it came to questions or concerns we had and we adored the free shuttle busses to and from Disney;land and DisneySea. Would reccomend to ANYONE planning a trip to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea - Excellent value for money!

Friendly staff, clean room and great view of the ocean. The only problem we had was the WI-FI which kept dropping. Most of time it was unusable. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay there and would consider to stay there again.

Staff were super nice. Room was clean. Loved that they provided transportation to and from tokyo disneyland, which made our stay easy and fun! The only downside is there's not a lot of nearby fast food around so you’re stuck w Lawson downstairs which could have a long line specially after disney hours!

This is the hotel to be to visit Disney Tokyo and Disney Sea. It’s so convenient. We had a fabulous view of the Tokyo Bay and it was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning is utterly delicious catering lots of local and international cuisines. The bathroom is so clean and big. I cant elaborate more how they have kept our room clean especially the bathroom. A convenient store in the hotel that closes late, and helped our stay to be more easy and relaxed . Transportation to and from the airport should have more hours . But it’s very convenient. Overall, I would definitely stay here again every time I visit Japan and recommend to family and friends 😊

I was so relieved when the offered to use my preferred language. ❤️ The location is right on the water and you have a beautiful view of the bay. The property is clean and offers wonderful comforts in the room. We came in at the same time as a very large group and were concerned about having to wait but they worked very efficiently and got us up to an our room in no time. Breakfast was pricey but not when you consider the broad range of food available from American to Japanese cuisine. Breakfast and dinner food offered. The price of the hotel was a steal. The shuttle to Disney was a welcome gesture. t0/10 I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Spacious, clean and comfortable hotel
Super spacious room for a family of 4. Superb view from the room. Breakfast selection was amazing and the comfort of bed was excellent too. Hotel provided shuttle bus to and fro Disney and train station where you can go shop and eat. Highly recommended !
