Very great location close by a subway line that’s is close by major subway lines. Easy to navigate and nice, quiet neighborhood.

Train station is across the street. It’s about 30 minute train ride to Heneda airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is larger than average for Japan. We have three twin beds for our family of three. There’s a shopping complex across the street with many food options.

Luxury accommodation near airport (about 40 minutes by rail) business and university district. That said, it can get a little noisy due busy airplane and expressway traffic. Worth the stay if you're leaving or enteringTokyo.

Pros: friendly staff, location from the subway station (Shinagawa Seaside), convenient store nearby, awesome water pressure despite of high floor (17th floor), decent room size considering the price, and the breakfast was good. Amenities are great, self-pickup station at 1st floor. Cons: Room cleanliness (it smelled a little bit bad from linen and towel, could've been better).
