Dear Phil, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. My sincere apologies that we missed the mark in explaining in a friendly way what is required to process a late check-in at our park. The required online registration is emailed 2 days prior arrival and some times gets missed by our guests. That is when we send a text message on the day of arrival. We have taken your feeback on board that this may not suit all our guests. We are reviewing our communication process in regards guests checking in outside office hours. Again our apologies, it was not our intention to be rude. We hope to welcome you back to our park.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. There was a period last year where we were allowing pets indoors, however many people abused this privilege and did not follow the basic rules. Hence we have unfortunately had to go back to only allowing pets on the balconies. Some owners have lockable cages they keep there pets secure in at night. We were very sorry to not be able to accommodate your needs during your stay. Should you wish to discuss this further please contact the business direct. Regards, Leah - Manager
