Expensive for what is offered. The unit has been updated & has had modern appliances installed, it hasn't hidden the original 70's style. The water pressure in the shower was poor with either too hot or too cold

The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. Had aircon and sky TV which was great for the really warm night and was so close to Taupo attractions. Thanks for having us

Room was small but the bathroom was very roomy ,(big enough to store the bike!) parking limited and quite tight. But Lake Breeze handy to town and close to lake. Was good for our 2 night stay. Would stay again.

Nice quiet motel. Bed was comfortable, shower was great although was positioned so you had to stand in the spa tub to use it.

Taupo Stay
Nice place to stay. Very quiet with off street parking. Staff were very helpful as we arrived later in the evening. Left us info on how to pick up the key fter hours. Huge bed.

I liked it was close to the lake and quite central to everything around us, room was a nice size, clean, with good amenities, front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming.

Great place in Taupo at a reasonable price.
I had a great stay at Courtney Motel. The hotel is an older style block brick single level kiwi hotel but provided everything I needed. Lots of space in the room with a small kitchenette. Alought the fixtures were older everything was in great working order and most importantly clean. Would be good to have a bin in the bathroom and a recycle option although I could have investigated the large wheely bins out front a bit more closely. A Short drive into town. I just had a few noise issues with people in the room next door talking and singing loudly with their front door open. I am very sensitive to noises so I get a bit anxious.

Room was warm and comfortable. Great value for the money I paid and close to the lake and town. Only complaint would be the walls are very thin and could hear neighbours.

Our park wasn't quite big enough for our ute, if we had parked in jt we would have been blocking the driveway for other vehicles, we parked in other free parks outside our room. Also the room next to ours had small children and sounded like quite a few people, it was quite noisy but not too bad.

Great location short walk into town or to lake. Good size for small family. Fairly clean Only issue was sliding doors to bedroom were falling off. And parking was a bit tight when full
