Hi Max, Yes we are both disappointed and upset that you have experienced this. It should never happen when booking Australian accommodation on an australian website to be charged in USD. Our self contained apartments come with all linen supplied and a starter pack of essentials, we try to keep the apartment price down, different guests have different needs, extra servicing or supplies are available. We are glad you enjoyed our self contained apartments and our location right on the beach. Our self contained apartments have a welcome pack of essentials to start your vacation.You booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom gardenview apartment with a Queen and 2 x King Singles which sleeps 4 people, not 5. All the terms and conditions prior to your booking stated if extra bedding was required, extra charges would apply. Ask at MacDonalds for fries or a drink and I am sure they will also charge you extra, as will all businesses. We do offer a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment that sleeps 6 which would have been more suitable for your family. We do ask everyone to remove their garbage regularly as this can cause a health and pest hazard within the apartments for not only your family but the surrounding apartments. As with any accommodation, all breakages must be paid for, I believe that is standard procedure anywhere you travel. Thank you again for the opportunity to reply.
