The location is good, close to the town centre and beaches. Staffs are friendly and helpful. What I did not fancy that much was the condition of the room being a bit aged, the bathroom and shower doors could not be properly shut due to old age. Other than that, everything was good.

Asked for corner room so could get some sleep funny how plenty of rooms in motel but had to bunch people up why not stagger people could here next door going to toilet and talking , pluming needs a look at as makes gurgling sounds as water goes down for quite a while I suggest you put people in either side of no 18 and stay the nite as impossible to try to get to sleep for $200 you have got to be joking why would I bother to stay again will be letting people know at mine site as we stay in gero on way to work regularly not impressed at all .

Very Noisy, Bathroom and WC fittings falling out of the walls, no plates or cutlery , no tissues only one chair for 2 people, the furniture is the worst I have ever seen in a motel it must have cost less than $8, handles missing , shower does not drain properly , exhaust fan filthy, painting a mess in some places there was more paint on the windows, toilet door jams closed I had to force the door open to get my wife out, pot holes everywhere , no power points by the side tables, fridge on 3 legs. $224 per night is far to much for this standard, it is the worst place i have ever stayed in.The best thing I could say is it was very clean.

The bed was decent, the staff were friendly and helpful but the state of the room was decrepit. The built ins were old, worn craft board that was well past its use by date, the decor was ugly. This facility needs refurbishing urgently. Very disappointing for an Ibis property. I was shocked.

The room smelt damp and musty.water damage to walls and furniture.the bed sloped down at the head.the rest of the floor had a very obvious slope.the wifi doesn't work.for a 167.00 dollars a night I would certainly expect a lot better condition.very disappointed

The free Breakfast daily - was good & friendly staff. Didn’t like the mixup with the rooms after the door was jammed I couldn’t get it opened - wrong names on the rooms when they had changed us out of the room - confusion

Convenient location lovely restaurant with great food. Clean and neat. Just some maintenance issues with doors on the rooms in our block that need replacing as they get stuck and people banging on them to get them open

Older property. Rooms need a bit of refurbishment. Room was clean and well presented despite the age of the room . Restaurant meals were simple with a limited menu, but were nice to eat .

Did like the fact that the hot water wasn’t really hot at all was cold if anything bad the fact that we had to get security to come and let us into the room apron arrival as we couldn’t get in Also I think staff need to be more aware of cleaning as there was pills under one of the beds

Road noise terrible. (We were warned it might be bad when we checked in and were offered a different room, but alternate room only had one bed. We needed two. Shower would not turn off, so the sound of running water also kept us awake. Chairs were stained (as they were in the dining room also) and broken. Curtains coming off their hooks. To crown what was overall an unsatisfactory night, the room was grossly overpriced - at about twice what we've paid previously in the good old days when breakfast was included. My husband was recovering from surgery and needed space, quiet and rest. To paraphrase the popular Meatloaf song, two out of three IS bad!

Staff friendly. The room looked tired. Needed a face lift. We were over come with the smell of bleach upon opening the door, had yo leave the door and window open to get rid of the smell. Mattress needs replacing.
