Hi Shelley, We would love for you to elaborate on your review in regard to 'updates'. All of our rooms have smart TV's, new air cons, new chairs, could you please tell us how we could further 'update' our rooms. We're also sorry to hear that you got sick, perhaps this was from the current weather we're having as it flares up a lot of people's hay fever.Our air con filters are regularly cleaned, and all of our rooms have either sliding doors or windows to allow ventilation.

Had this been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have ensured your room was serviced every day, as per our normal house keeping routine. If a guest has the 'do not disturb' card on their door handle however, our cleaners will not service the room. Management.

The entry to our pool is signed outside so there is entry access to and from on the outside the reason that we don't allow entry access through the inside is so that when people come through who aren't completely dry don't have the risk of slipping on the tiles as we are a family friendly place and there are a lot of children and elderly walking around at times.

Thank you for reviewing the Coast Motel and pleased you enjoyed your stay. No we do not have cooking facilities in our motel rooms but we do in our two suites as they are apartment approved. We do have microwaves in all rooms with tea and coffee facilities and do offer a toaster if needed - we also have cutlery and plates in the rooms.
