It has a lot of facilities but is so big we spent about 30 minutes just finding our room and nearly as long to find our way out again. It may be just our personal preference but I prefer to be in a smaller place where you get personal service and peace. Breakfast was far from relaxing. I think we went down at a bad time when coach loads of travellers were eating before leaving, but watching people fill there plates up so full with food they were never going to eat put us right off eating altogether... what is it with people when they are offered all you can eat for free... !. On a more more positive note the gentleman who greeted us at reception couldn’t have been more polite and professional... thankyou. I think this review says more about the visitors than the staff.

15 days at Caesar Palace.
It was a very good stay at Caesar Palace. Great location, nice hotel with all the comforts. Nice size pool and good helpful staff. Good food at the restaurants. Nice theme nights for dinner.

Room big and clean. Had a leak on bathroom floor and reported to reception but it didn't go away. At breakfast our table was taken by someone else halfway through our breakfast. Reception staff gave incorrect information. Location abit too far from the bars and shops but the courtesy shuttle bus was good. Was OK for our 2 nights but wouldn't stay again.

Beautiful grounds! Amazing pool and patio! Nice to have a shuttle to the seaside, too. Reception desk staff was very helpful and many were English speaking. Loved the large balcony overlooking the pool. Did not like that smoking was allowed outside and could not enjoy the balcony so much because of the second hand smoke.

I would stay at this hotel if I'm ever back in Giardini Naxos, taxi is just €15 from train station, the hotel has complimentary shuttle to some areas, there is bus stop right outside. Front Desk & Housekeeping staff are excellent, big and spacious room, outstanding breakfast, beautiful hotel.

Accessible Sicilian hospitality
The best accessibille hotel I have stayed in abroad. They were so helpful and the room had everything you could need to make it safe for a disabled traveler. The restaurant staff were very helpful. The food was Sicilian not to everyone’s taste but it was hot and plenty of it. Breakfast especially was fantastic plenty of variety. The other meals were equally hot tasty but not everything was like home cooking but then that is part of going on holiday abroad, not to expect English style food and to try new things. However there was always plenty of fresh salads vegetables fruits and wonderful pasta and gelato! I put on weight and I am a picky eater!

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. This hotel has sub- standard service. The furnishings are dated and an eye-sore. One can manage with that but the service was shocking. Grumpy staff and a really unhelpful travel desk lady. There was no food option apart from the buffet which was very inconvenient as we had kids. I cannot believe this hotel has been given 4 plus stars. The breakfast was downright depressing. No attempt is made to provide a good quality service on the whole. Very disappointed and will be asking friends to stay away from this place.

Lovely hotel with great facilities
Stayed here on B and B basis. Very clean and friendly. Good size rooms and lovely big pool with a separate area with pool for children. Being in Italy seems a shame to go full board when there are lovely restaurant at reasonable prices. Only issue we had was that its a good half an hour walk to beach or centre and whilst the hotel has a courtesy bus it only has a couple of slots in the evening and we found it hard to find a taxi in Gardini Naxos

Large hotel with transportation to the beach
Big swimming pool and large rooms. Nice environment. Very good value for money. Good choice for people with cars. However two facts cause us to recommend only 4 stars: the soap dispenser on the bath had rust and mold the was against the face when you take a bath. Food should be served at 7 but the hot plats were ready and served only at 7:20. The variety of the deserts was quite poor.

Room was dated and dull Room Towels which should have been clean had bed Smell as if they were not allowed to try. This on a daily basis Ants marched in our room and on our beds every day Shower curtain had bad smell too Buffet Food was a low poor and diss appointing. Not 4 star rating

Visited this hotel for a week from 17th June 2017. My husband and I had a really lovely time here. The rooms are comfortable (including the bed). The staff are very friendly and try to make your holiday special. We had a few minor snags with our room on arrival and they were fixed within half an hour of reporting them! The food is good for a buffet and even better on the special evenings. The hotel has a really lovely pool and we always got a sunbed. We had live music around the pool area each evening. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach about ten minutes away. The beach facilities are free and there is a cafe on site as well as showers and changing huts. All in all it was really good. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
