We have a booked a family Holiday with our friends family in the cottages and we both booked through Hotel.com.we both had our booking a month in advance ,paid full cost and received several confirmation emails .
When we arrived to the property, only one cottage was provided to the two families.
We ended up canceling our holiday and returning back home with our friends which was a great nuisance.
There is no apologies, support or refund has been made even 7 days after .
It left a bad taste in our mouth.
