After my stay I received an email that the cleaning staff found the sink stained, the cleaning staff had not been in for 4 days, why wait til I had left to address this. I only cleaned my face, teeth and rinsed fruit in the sink, how could I have stained the sink. Zara Tower Hotel has a $500.00 deposit. Something fishy from this hotel.
This was a fantastic stay! As a family of 5, we had plenty of room with two bedrooms and two baths. The living area was large and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked - I especially appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine with included pods! The location is great with only a 10 minute walk to the Central train station and 15 minutes to Darling Harbour. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. If I'm ever in Sydney again, this will be my first go-to hotel.

Zara Tower Hotel was very nice! The staff was always helpful and friendly. The reason for the 4 star rating for cleanliness and condition was because the floors were a little dusty in areas and the drain in the bathroom shower and sink were slow draining. But other than that, everything was great! Zara Hotel was a really nice place to stay and the staff was excellent!

We loved staying here, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff were friendly and loved the little details in the room, t2 tea and Nespresso pods ect. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great, thank you Zara for a great stay. We will stay again!

The location is convenient and service is excellent. The staff is very helpful too.
Only a minor suggestion is to arrange a bigger trash bin in the toilet so that it is much easily to throw the rubbish into the bin and no need to strp on the stepper. I have hit my head by the corner of the mirror while throwing the rubbish bin with one of my foot controling the stepper.

We stayed in the Sky Room for the last two nights of our two week stay in Australia and it was by far our favourite accommodation. The room was exactly as pictured— modern, cozy, and clean. Staff were kind and attentive. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Booked a month long stay based on property description which stated laundry facilities. On arrival I was told there was no in room laundry and they thought they should flag that to me given the length of my stay. Unfortunately they told me after the 48 hour cancellation policy had passed.
Apparently laundry is only available in certain rooms and for others it was taken offsite for a surcharge and returned at a later date. There is no mention of this anywhere. I had specific reasons for needing in room laundry and given length of stay this was unacceptable so I had to move hotels after the first night (I arrived too late in the evening to sort it for that night).
I was charged for the full month as it was in the T&Cs that you are liable for the entire stay if you don’t give 48 hours notice for cancelling, despite the description being inaccurate, me not knowing that until I arrived, the staff agreeing it was misleading and also despite the fact they had plenty of time to get the room booked out to someone else over that period.
There was also a very odd swing in the room, randomly hanging from the ceiling next to the bed that resembled a sex swing which I thought was pretty inappropriate but I guess may appeal to some!
The property are refusing to reimburse for the nights I did not stay (I said I would pay the 2 extra nights to cover cancellation policy) so I’m now having to commence legal action to get the money back.
I would suggest booking anywhere else.
Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to everything but not stuck in the busy CBD.

My daughters and I had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend. 3-5 November. It’s walking distance to The Capital Theatre and many restaurants. It’s a short walk to tram line and train station.
Staff were lovely and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. Large and roomy.
Only thing and no biggie no TV in bedrooms.
Definitely stay again.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay for the 4 of us. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work but because of the amazing coffee shop on the corner decided not to ask the front desk about it.
Bedding is incredible. Location is great. View is mostly horrible but expected for the price. Staff were helpful.

The service sets Zara apart. The team that cleans the room is in and out in 15 minutes or less. The front desk staff is cheerful and helpful. Everything else is very good, but the service is awesome.
