The place is very dated, but nice and clean, although the bathroom was a nightmare, no curtain or screen on the shower and the fall on the floor went the wrong way so the whole room was soaked.

Our room on the upper storey had high ceilings and a generous sized bathroom. More spacious than we had been expecting.

Convenient stay but too expensive for what it was. Very old/run down. Even the sheets and blankets were so old they felt gross. Room smelt strongly of bleach. Staff were helpful though

Room wreaked of Piss. Wind blowing in the doors rattling all night. Ferals fighting in the room next to us brown stuff in sink washed with brown stuff coming out of the tap. I though this room was cheap because it was out of town a bit not coz no one else wants to stay there. Not recommended. Hate bagging out businesses having a go but have a go at cleaning. Lady on reception was fantastic and friendly.

Rooms in disrepair, had to force bathroom door open when inside bathroom. The list can go on. Blankets smelt, curtains stained, shower head faulty, iron burns in the carpet, old carpet. Very poor condition. Nothing to like really.

Poor service
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights but not room cleaning and towels change for our 4 days stay. We try go reception on Sunday to request clean towels but no one attended, I send phone message to the hotel but still no respond and room still not clean and no clean towels for our 4 days stayed. very disappointing for this kind of service. Shower screen poor leak water and make the toilet very wet.

Hotel rooms were extremely outdated, you needed a wrench to close the sink faucet in the bathroom or it continued to run all night, my parents room the pipe was leaking water so every time they turned their bathroom sink on there was water all over the floor. Some of the plug outlets and lights didn’t work. I would not stay again. This place was very over priced for the quality of room we were given.

Location was good. Disappointed with the bed and bathroom. Bed sagged and was woken at around 4:00am with a sore and aching back. Water over on bathroom floor upon check in which was very dangerous, not sure where it came from as it was a rainy day. I spoke to reception next morning and they happily moved us to another room. New room's bed was excellent, slept well. Happy to stay again.

Quiet motel.
This motel is showing it’s age. The fittings, curtains etc are quite old and in need of replacement. However, the service was good and it’s a quiet motel in a convenient location.

Hi Judy, Thank you for your feedback. Our reception closed at 7pm, check in is by 6.30pm as noted on the expedia site. As advised we could have arranged to leave the key if you could not make it in time. We checked the TV in your room and was working. The tv switch could have been off. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very old and in need of refurbishment. There was a dank/ musty smell, the bathroom door was very difficult to slide and the curtain didn't cover the whole window. I wouldn't recommend this property to others.
