I am aware the team at the time noted the Air-Conditioning was working, however being one of the highest recorded Humidity Day in Sydney, we did face some challenges. The Following morning we offered both our maintenance team to check the room to ensure everything was working properly, as well as a room move.I also note that you were provided a microwave as soon as it was requested on the first night. We also ran a speed test on the Wi-Fi in your room for over 24 hours after your departure. The Average speed came back as 48Mbps peaking at 92 when we offer a complimentary capacity of 100Mbps. I appreciate this is slow in comparison to 5G and by the end of January we will have an increased capacity of 1Gb complimentary for our members and guests.Thank you again for helping us to perform at our best,Luke GibbsGeneral Manager

Regardless of that, the biggest concern raised is that of cleanliness which is certainly unacceptable for this property. As you can see this is not regular for us. Our Housekeeping Manager sends her deepest apologies for the lack of care taken when servicing your room.
