The food we had was terrible - sent eggs benedict back twice - eggs still overcooked & rubbery & sauce cold; bread dry (rating 1 our of 10) and expensive. Needed to try 4 rooms to find one that wind noise screaming throughmain apartment intake vent would have precluded sleeping anywhere in apartment. Initial room facing airport had dirty area with debris and railroad tracks immediately behind it that are in regular use (impacting sleep and use of balcony) - the airport transport is subcontracted out and was expensive as the hotel is some distance from International airport. Carpet in living room stained and dirty. All in all an extremely disappointing stay.

Reception was friendly and helpful. She advised me of the lovely surprise Expedia voucher for a meal. I was really nice to receive this. Restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and safe

Close to airport but not close enough to walk. They do coordinate pickup and drop off by super shuttle, for a surcharge. Runs every 40 minutes. Not close to public transit, if you want to go to CBD. Full size washer dryer a big plus. Kitchenette for simple meals. Comfortable bed with options for a mattress topper if you want a softer sleep. There is some noise from the planes and the drapes don't adequately block light.

This property is near the airport, especially if you have an early or late flight. Staff were really friendly, and facility was in great condition. They have an onsite restaurant which is a plus in addition to onsite parking, and a shuttle. I highly recommend.

The room was fantastic! Clean, spacious, and with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The gym, sauna and spa were excellent! We will be coming back next time we are in Sydney!

Well appointed rooms. Very good kitchen and washer/ dryer in each unit. Very comfortable beds and unit. Good swimming pool in hotel. Public transportation is few blocks away and buses are often.

Beautiful property with 2 bedroom accommodation for family of 4. High quality fittings apartment and with very comfortable beds and lounges. The 2 bathrooms 2 toilets were of a good size. We were very happy with our choice and would stay here again when we are in Sydney

Absolutely love The Branksome and we try and stay here every time we stay in Sydney!! The pool so beautiful and clean and always a lovely temperature!! The rooms are beautiful and I love the new dispensers in the showers!! The restaurant food is some of the best ive ever tasted!! And we always have a beautiful sleep at The Branksome..its one of the reasons we continue to come back again and again!! Only complaint I have is the hours of The rooftop bar..its never open when we get back from the league!! Would be lovely to come back at night and have dinner in the restaurant then be able to go up to the rooftop bar for a few drinks..but it closes so early!! Its such a lovely spot up there i really wish we could use it more..and use our vouchers there too!! Other than that i absolutely loved our stay and will be back again really soon!!

Amazing 1 night stay in a two bedroom apartment plus media room. Great attention to detail and super clean and modern. The gym and pool area were excellent. And the staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again when in Sydney.

The 2 bedroom,2 bathroom apartment was great.. The family enjoyed th the pool & the garden. Great option away from the hustle & buste of Sydney. We all met for our family Christmas. The restaurant down stairs was perfect. The service & menu was top class. I am a celiac & they catered perfectly for me..

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We could not fault anything over our 2 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, we used the gym which had everything we needed to have a great workout. It was close to shops and the airport and suited our needs impeccably. We would definitely stay here again

Great airport hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with ability to eat at restaurant or self cook. Our room also had a washer and dryer so we did our washing and came home with clean clothes in the suitcases.

We have stayed here a couple of times for just a quick overnight stay when our flight has been cancelled and we absolutely love it. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. We love the rooftop bar. It’s nice they give you a voucher for 2 for 1 beer or wine as an added extra. Highly recommend!

The hotel didnt communicate that we had VIP benefits. They alsobdidnt offer our $20 credit and also double charged us for parking until i argued with them and explained that i had the $20 credit and parking included with my hotel rate. Was surprised with the dishonesty.

Great Stay except for the $12,000 charge….
The hotel is new building and construction type with nice amenities, the pool and gym are very good. We booked a two bedroom suite which was very spacious, and well apportioned, full kitchen, frig, washer and dryer with laundry sink, there is a large deck as well. The master bedroom has its own suite, the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds which worked great for two daughters. Now the rub.. upon check out I found out I had been charged twice for the $400 damaged deposit, once on my US credit card to make the original booking and once again on my Australian debit card I gave them when checked in. This took some sorting out however Veronika the assistant manager was very helpful getting this rectified and emailed me later in the day to confirm that all was corrected. The most unexplained thing was why they billed my US credit card AUS$10,000 and AUS$2,000 in two different transactions then refunded those funds. This created one holy mess with my credit card, I believe everything has been resolved but it still leaves me doubting the Branksomes billing is accurate. The one saving grace was my ability to access the Hotel.com app and my banking apps to verify the billing and pricing. Veronika did her best sorting this mess out and was very helpful and apologetic. Word to the wise, check your bank statements and the hotel bill..

Second time staying here and the positives: it’s a really convenient venue, well laid out apartments, good facilities, transport and shops in walking distance. It’s a plane spotting paradise, especially going to the Citadines bar down the road. The negatives: it’s the simple things, our access cards never worked for the parking, no chopping boards or microwaves in the kitchen, bathroom doors slammed, waking everyone up. Bathrobes were a fantastic extra but were removed and not replaced, despite asking for replacements. Also happy hour was underwhelming and cocktail quality could be better.

The staff and the room was amazing. The mattress was very firm, but you can ask for a mattress topper, which is awesome. We didn't use it as we thought the bed was less firm while sitting on it. If you don't like a firm mattress just ask for the mattress topper there is a sign on the bed how to do it. The only other thing I would like a bit more was the swimming pool a few degrees warmer, but once in and swimming it was absolutely lovely and you can actually swim as it's 25 MTR. Again amazing. The restaurant is very good, food is very nice and prices are reasonable. Cool was very accommodating when I asked for less spicy and it tasted great. Would surely recommend this hotel over Value suites close by. This hotel is a treat to stay at.
