It's convenient to most attractions. Staff where very helpful for our needs and question. The only thing we didn't like is the wheelchair accessible bathroom. Water was all over the floor when you shower. Fire alarm sensor was right outside our shower room. You need to pay close attention to the door. Not to set it off. Or we pay $1600. Not enough counter space. And for 4 nights we stayed the carpet and bathroom floors were not clean.

Staff were very welcoming and the room was just right for me - a great stay right in the middle of Sydney CBD. It was great having a small room so I don't feel as though I'm paying for space I don't need as a single traveller!
