Fantastic place to stay, my room was very clean and quiet, everything including carpets bed, furniture, linen was all new. Bathroom was large and looked like it had just been renovated. The air-conditioning was ice cold and silent, and the room came with a kettle, iron, ironing board, cups and glasses, the new fridge contained complementary milk and bottled water, free secure parking, close to everything including buses and train station, the pub and restaurant downstairs were excellent. Access to the rooms upstairs via a near new lift made it very east to check in and out. This would have to be one of the nicest places I've stayed in Sydney, and I will be staying here the next time I travel to Sydney.

I’ve never before stayed in a hotel that had the hand basin iINSIDE the shower cubicle! No bar fridge in the room was also a disappointment. The music downstairs on Friday night was very loud and stopped me from sleeping.

I enjoyed the upgraded facilities of this hotel. I felt safe and comfortable in their rooms with air con, queen bed and excellent ensuite bathroom. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough for a luddite like myself. A highlight was the food. The chilli prawn spaghetting was delicious. An overall excellent experience.

Definitely stay here again. Free parking, friendly staff, big room with very comfortable bed, big screen tv, modern bathroom with great shower pressure, the weekend we stayed was heatwave conditions and the air con in room was brilliant and kept the room really cool. Easy to go downstairs to bar and restaurant. Food was good,

Not the best cleaning, bedroom, hallway was filthy. Cheap doesn’t have to be dirty, but in this case the hotel was. We ran out of toilet paper in the morning and there wasn’t a second roll. There were other peoples hair on the floor, and someone elses hair clip in the bedroom.

Not everyone's cup of tea, but fine by me.
I actually liked the place quite a lot, but it wouldn't suit everyone; it seemed to be impossible to get the room really warm (the a/c remote seemed to stick at what appeared to be 3 degrees, so I just switched it off altogether) and the wifi in the room was pretty much unusable. But it had a definite charm, the shower and bathroom were modern and clean, the wifi worked wonderfully in the bar and the staff were friendly and efficient. I'd stay there again quite happily.

The price was cheap & the food was good. The rooms had not been cleaned properly, the coffee supplied was use by 2018, there was a face mask & used tissues in the bed side drawer, there was no wifi, the side of the mattress looked like it had been chewed by mice. Not a good experience

There was no bar fridge and the shower was very small and awkward to get in because of the sink. Better off to have a shower cubicle and separate sink. There were no hooks to hang wet towels which had to be left on the floor or bed. The rod in the cupboard was broken so you couldn't hang your clothes which had to be left in the suitcase or on the floor.

A great alternative to a typical motel. Much bigger rooms and terrific food and very competitive prices made it an easy decision to stay here again.

This place has so much potential, but they miss the mark totally. Good. Room large, bed comfortable linen clean, bathroom modern, Good Tv, Air conditioning. Bad. Bathroom not clean, no room-safe, no fridge roof leaking everywhere, moguls smells, carpet wet, buckets in hallways, room door lock not secure. Unfortunately we would not stay here again. They need someone who cares to run this place, but obviously they don’t currently.

Surprisingly a great hotel
Stayed as it was close to the airport 5 minutes in a taxi It’s a lovely renovated hotel I was actually surprised how good it looked when we walked in We arrived late checked straight in quick and easy went downstairs to the bar for a nightcap not many people about a quite night The room was very nice modern clean freshly renovated Loved the bathroom very spacious great shower We checked out very early Would stay again Thank you
