Each room has its own unique room layout. Absolutely beautiful. I have been in many hotels around the world and truthfully this is the overall best hotel I’ve stayed in.

$1100 room holding fee was worth more than the stay. Booked through expedia was good but was charged $19.46 credit card fee bey the hotel without knowing 😑. If you book for an agreed price should not be charge extra fees by the hotel. I am disputing with the hotel.

This is such a beautiful hotel. I travel a lot and I couldn’t find a flaw. Extremely clean, luxuriously comfy beds, gorgeous rooms, lovely staff and fantastic location. This would be a wonderful hotel for a special occasion or staycation as it really feels luxurious. Highly recommend for any kind of traveler.

The walk-in wardrobe/ baggge area was great, the bathroom size. Nd decor was great, shower hit water was good, room decor was s n lovely and suze good, the bed was very Xi for table, loved the breakfast array.

Stunning hotel, excellent restaurant on site a shame that on Expedia it said the seafood buffet was still available but it's long gone - it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The staff were fantastic. Location perfect for all your shopping needs

Our "date night" stay at the Sheraton Grand was just wonderful. My last stay at this hotel was an enforced 2-week quarantine during the Covid pandemic, so staying in the same room type might have been jarring, but it wasn't. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, bathrooms are all marble and luxurious, and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The bed linens are luxurious and the bed is super comfortable. We used the jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam rooms - all spotlessly clean and void of other patrons. We didn't eat at the hotel, or have a drink in the bar, but we did use the Executive Lounge which is well worth the upgrade. The Lounge food, drinks service, breakfast etc. was wide-ranging, continually refreshed, and the views are sensational. The hotel is well located opposite Hyde Park, right next to St James station and Pitt St. mall. We ate dinner at a restaurant at Circular Quay and the walk there and back was quick and easy. There is even a bottle shop just to the left of the main entrance...just in case.

Lovely hotel. We booked a park view but our first room was a view only if we stuck our head out of the window and swivelled our necks by 100 degrees, basically. We returned to the lobby and the next staff member happily provided us with a new room which was a good park view, albeit on a low level. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

A fantastic hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was amazing, so much choice! Super convenient for all transport. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We got an excellent deal with Hotels and as it was my dear husbands birthday it was lovely way to spend the overnight stay. We swam in the beautiful pool on the roof with the glorious view of the harbour plus a lovely hot spa. The roof was beautiful very big and a great bed. Could not fault the breakfast the next morning plenty of variety hard to choose what to have and the outside parking made it perfect.

We had a great stay at the the Sheraton Grand Hyde Park. The staff were brilliantly attentive and the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding; huge choice and tasty food! Would highly recommend! Will stay here again.
