a cheap and nasty bed that collapsed in the middle. filthy carpet and old shag rug. Water stains on the ceiling. When I complained the owner said we weighed too much to hold the bed and it was only for one person. I decided to come later, but would have expected a hotel bed for a premium price would have a bed to comfortably sleep two people - after all it was queen size. Three days later I am still recovering from a sore back. Not happy
Amazing views and Grace was so accommodating when we needed to leave our car longer to do city to surf. The location was fabulous and so convenient. We’ll definitely stay again!

Disliked: Staff & service
After 7 weeks I still cannot get my room deposit back. I have messaged and emailed but I have been ignored. The only time I got any kind of response was when an Expedia agent kindly called them (they did not answer but emailed me immediately) but did not resolve the issue and after that silence again.
Therefore, I feel I should warn others and so my advice is to not agree to pay the $200 deposit on arrival as you risk not getting it back.
Great apartment, fabulous location and world-class views:) Grace is an absolutely lovely lady, prompt, courteous and friendly...the extra touches she provided were much appreciated. We will return, for sure:)

Grace met us at the apartment and accommodated our early International arrival. She had everything we needed for our apartment stay. She was very responsive to any issues we had and was very open to feedback to make the apartments even better. We walked to Bondi Beach, took the train to the city, went to the shopping mall and enjoyed the pool.

Dear Bev. You booked in and paid for just for 2 adults. The unit prepared was for just this specification. You came in with 3 children thus 5 in all. You were so sick when you came thus I accommodated you all just for 1 day and not finish the whole booked days. We put you on a unit that has sofa beds for your children and we did not charge you for this.
Great location in Bondi Jinction, close to trains, buses and taxis. 10 minutes drive to Bondi Beach. Highly recommend Serviced Apartments. Also great harbour views. A downfall was lots of traffic noise and air conditioning not working. Overall a great place to stay.
