We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it was close to shops and food outlets and close to where we were going for our event. Nothing remarkable about the accomodation or the location.

Good hotel for a quick stay for sports and close enough by Uber to Bondi beach, they did put someone else in our room however were great at rectifying this, even got a bottle of bubbles and free coffees to make up for the inconvenience, staff communication was great

I honestly was disappointed that I wasn’t able to cancel my reservation with the property after finding the room dismal. It was dated and felt like I wasn’t really on vacation. The cleaning staff was excellent and super friendly and the area was convenient for public transportation. I checked into another hotel right by bondi beach my last day in Sydney and felt a world of difference. Paying and additional $100 really does make you feel so much better

The room had a strong odour of smoke and the outside lights came through curtains all night , kitchen area is great but needs a deep clean to get rid of all the grime in cracks etc

Good location & room
Good location for Allianz and Bondi Good sized room. Some traffic noise on our side of the building. Bus stop right outside was convenient. Room not serviced everyday.

I used to live in the area, nice to look around again. Booking in was very poor. Dropped our luggage at 12.15 and completed our paper work, we were assured everything was ok and we went shopping. On our return at 3.15 we went to our room it was still being cleaned so we were moved to another room on a different floor. This mucking around was a big inconvenience as we had to be at a function by 5.00. They originally wanted us to wait till the cleaning was completed. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

As soon as I arrived to check in there were three staff members at the service desk and not one employee f them had greeted myself upon arrival. Not even a welcome. My room was on level 4 to where this Hotel has a permanent resident living there. The outdoor coming from her room was absolutely disgusting. The whole level smelt terrible. And that resident kept her door open all day and night. Upon my checkout, I explained to the staff member about the situation and she was completely not in interested in hearing my concerns. This is one place I will never consider staying at again. Bad experience

Could not see street signage even when following phone map Walked for half an hour in the dark around the area no stand out sign. The door lock would not open after going back down to desk Twice with luggage in tow. The man at desk had to go up and see for himself to keep working card keys till tyre was a response. Hence I only left the room once there after to go! No bottled water in room, drink tap water or boil it.

I was happy with my room, bed was comfortable. The area around the property is commercial but it is only two blocks from the major shopping centre and transport interchange. The plug in the bathroom sink was blocked, which I reported at checkout. I have the same plug at home and know how easy that can happen. Good toiletries in the room and additional emergency items were listed that could be obtained from front desk, complimentary. I would stay there again.
