Very good apartment, courteous staff, great view. Car park was very full so difficult to get a park. Small bathroom and quite a small bedroom but very comfortable. Heard a bit of traffic noise

The room was amazing and view from our balcony was overlooking Sydney. Close to the train station and all amenities. Staff were very helpful. Only feedback was the complimentary slippers. There had run out when we asked. Due to the cost of the rooms, I would have thought that they would have plenty of supplies. Being a self contained unit, wwe could not locate the chopping board, not a biggie as we ate out each night but would have been nice to have one there when chopping up all the fresh fruit that we had pucchased, Will come back again as we loved the suite and location

The serviced apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. Minimal traffic noise given proximity to main road and train line and the rooms were quiet. The lounge in our room could have been more comfortable and it was noticeably offset to the tv.

We booked an apartment several weeks in advance for a 4 day stay. On Day 3 I received an email saying that the apartment would have a pesticide application the next day. When I spoke with the manager about this he agreed to wait until we had left to do our floor but never confirmed this in writing as requested. I would not have booked the apartment knowing these plans and think we should have been warned about it earlier.

Minor improvement needed
Staffs are professional and friendly, the apartment is very comfortable. The only negative thing is need to call the recption to ask for coffee, toolet paper, milk and dish washing liquid every second day as we stayed there 16 days.
