The staff were so helpful and friendly, was great. Having the panthers with all the entertainment and dining options so close was terrific. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of options and not too busy.

Rooms have been renovated very nicely. Great staff, ice machine very handy for our 43 degree day. Pool area needs updating, grass needed a mow. Overall a great stay.

We probably expected more, but what we got was plenty. The staff were helpful and sorted any problems very efficiently, but very busy,. The location is terrific with its proximity to the Panthers club. Everything was clean and fresh. The only negatives were noise from the hallway, the doors/ walls just seemed to amplify the noise and a rather slow check in. Over all it was a good stay and worth the money.

Every thing was good until we tried to use toilet. It looks like someone had use it and didn’t even flush. Disgusting. Obviously house cleaning didn’t check or ensure that room is properly maintained.

Convenient and comfortable
The staff were really helpful. It would have been nice to have a flatter pillow choice. The air conditioning fan was quite loud and there did not appear to be any way to change the speed. It would have been good to be able to reduce the A/C temperature to below 18 for sleeping.

Pillows need an upgrade. Flat and uncomfortable. Need recycling bin in room. PLEASE put tables and chairs back in the upstairs outdoor area. It used to be great.

Comfort and Convenience
Excellent accommodation next to Panthers Leagues Club where we attended a Convention. Great room and exceedingly friendly staff. Nice little area for a quiet drink in the foyer area with access to an outside eating/drinking spot. Thoroughly recommend this site.
