Overall a little misled by photos. the reception staff was nice enough to give us a refund after only a few hours after we inspected our room (mould in bathroom and roof, no security on windows, unpleasant smell) and surrounding neighbours Felt a little uneasy especially with two young teenagers girls

The staff were excellent but the room was dirty the tv was old and the remote did not work and there was a very uneasy atmosphere to this place iwill never visit this place again Only good point I could find is the staff were very good I

So much needs to be done to ask the price of $299 for 1 night , no table chairs , no shower curtain, toilet seat won’t stay up so it sits on your back while using, the bench is very unstable and the cupboard for the microwave is leaning sideways, mould, the beds are comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again for that price desperately needed upgrades someone has cut the power cord for the hair dryer. Needs work.

I would never stay at this place again. Nobody follows no smoking policy, no blind over window about door made room bright when trying to sleep. Aircraft noise and noise from other residences was a frustration. Rooms are about as basic as they come. Not sure where 3 star rating domes from. I’d say 1 star

Friendly check- in ,tired property & rooms which are long overdue for update. Clean bedding with secure parking & multi chanel TV. Convenient location to Leichardt & city. No frills basic accommodation for those on a budget.

Dirty rooms and bathroom
This was the second time we stayed there. There was rubbish on the top bunk. Under the bed was dirty and rubbish on bench not wiped down. Not enough dishes for 5 people let alone 2. We had to wear shoes in the room as floor was filthy. Bathroom needs a deep clean from the mould. No extra toilet rolls and rubbish under the hand basin. We asked for clean towels and they only gave us two for 5 people.

I didn’t like our stay. It was terrible. Phone was not working. Toilet seat was too dirty. Mould everywhere in bathroom and room. Old room. No fresh water. Heater was not working. Never come here again.

Every bump from the neighbouring unit was heard. Booking for 3 people, a trundle bed was provided but only 2 pillows and 2 towels. The booking had been entered in the wrong weekend by the system and didn’t exist when we arrived but staff were accommodating and rectified.

The staff are friendly and helpful but the room was unclean and so old and gross that it made us all feel uncomfortable. We had no curtain on the window and the fire alarm was covered by a shower cap. The window at the top of the door was covered by a dirty old towel and the mini fridge was filthy. We chose not to use the shower and had to force the kids to use the toilet. We only stayed for the night as we attended the football nearby and didn't want to drive home. I would have preferred to spend the $200 on a taxi home.

The room we had had a trundle bed that had not been used in a while. It was full of dust and rubbish the floor under the bed was the same. There was rubbish on the top bunk and not enough towels for everyone. There was not enough cuttlery and the fridge was broken.

Helpful reception staff
Front desk staff and reception were very helpful and friendly. Location is also good, very close to train station and 7-eleven store is just opposite to the hotel. Room size was big enough and parking was also covered. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had no issues.

Broken door handles, leaky shower, mould all over, un-friendly staff also taking photo copies of credit card and licence. Terrible

It’s near the city and train station. Very clean and spacious. Price is very reasonable. Under cover parking and secured.

There was nothing to like about the property, the room was filthy, was not serviced unless asked for, the person at check in counter upon arrival was rude, arrogant and chauvinistic,insufficient parking for the number of rooms available. Would not recommend to anyone and if thinking of booking should think long and hard before doing so. Wotif group should review their association with this property.

Hi Giovanni,We appreciate you taking the time to comment.If we didn't satisfy your needs, we apologise.Verbal abuse will not be tolerated.For tax purposes, you urged and asked that the receptionist change your booking name as soon as possible. Also, the receptionist did not know that you have a knee problem. Except for one or two days of your stay, the housekeeper had visited your room every day to replenish all of the supplies, clean the shower walls and glass panel, sweep the floor, and mop it. The supersivor saw to it that the room was cleaned.If the housekeeper fell short of your expectations, we apologise.Your comment about there not being enough parking was disheartening. Worst place I’ve ever stayed
In need of a major renovation. Peeling paint, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Shower like a hose. Uncomfortable bed that my partner and myself rolled into the centre. Not recommending especially at the price

We apologise for some members' attention deficit.We did clean and get rid of the mould as a consequence.
