Location is great & unit reasonably priced. Kitchen lacks a few items & more glasses would of been good along with some spare light bulbs. A big major drawback for us was the bus service ran all day & 1/2 the night, right below us & the workers worked 7 days a week across from us from 6AM until late at night. Had I been aware of this I would of booked an apartment several flights up as my family & I came home not rested from our holiday as we were up at the crack of dawn every day due to the noise. The blinds aren't very good either as the building & street lights from across the road came straight into our room every night. No air conditioner or heater which was bad as we stayed in winter & not enough blankets. The manager was notified of other issues and he came to apartment to rectify them that day, which was good to see. Upside to our holiday is that the apartment is close to everything we needed to do & see. Might stay again but it would be in a 2 bedroom apartment & on the next floor up. Would recommend for maybe 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child.

Terrible experience! We were not told the property was going to be undergoing works and maintenance and the first morning we were woken up by tradesman yelling from 6:30am, using power tools from 7:00am and it was so loud that it felt they were actually inside the bedroom once I had enough cause the noise didn’t let us sleep I got up to check why it was so loud only to find out a tradesman standing in our balcony... no one told me about this at time of booking and no one asked if he could be inside the property while we were there! Saturday the noise didn’t stop neither did stop on Sunday. We were supposed to be on holiday, yet we could not rest and our privacy was invaded, I notified the person on charge of the property of these issues and it was obvious they didn’t care. Also, there’s no heating in the apartment, not enough blankets or towels.. the blinds are not good enough and the light gets through even at night and from the street lights and since very early in the morning. The communication was very poor. Would NOT recommend this. Overall a very bad experience... we book this hoping it would be what we paid for but it was not worth it. You can get better places for the same money.

    • Disliked: Property conditions & facilities

Good location within Manly CBD. Reasonably well appointed, however, limited glasses and mugs were not microwave friendly. Self-contained laundry facilities were satisfactory. The major drawback was the constant construction noise from directly across the road which started at 6am with continuous bangs and clatters until the end of the day. Also, every 15 minutes large buses drove past. Other issues included no fly screens nor security provisions so difficult to achieve airflow in a secure manner. No airconditioning with freestanding fans only.Parking non-existent. Parking was advertised for $30 a day but it actually cost $90 per day. A clearly ageing apartment, bed sags on the right, and carpet smells musty. Couldn’t find rubbish room. Inadequate supply of toilet paper, no tissues. The key safe safe was not intuitive. There were no instructions left in unit about how to manage the unit, tourist information etc. We would not stay again and definitely would not recommend.
