The staff were very helpful after a mix up with the Expedia booking. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.. Taxis were outside on leaving.

I had a hard time getting someone for a ride from the airport. So I walked. No face towels, only next 2 sizes. No instructions on how to get WiFi and an inconvenience to Wakj back down to Desk. Not answering the phone

I understand that this is a budget stay but the amount of stains from food and not sure what else splattered on thw walls. Bathrooms need a good scrub filled with mold and soap scum and hair still on the ground amd walls. Will pick another place next time

Positives: Reception staff members are awesome and friendly! Conveniently located within walking distance to the airport. Bed was very comfortable, and the mini-fridge was convenient. Areas for improvement: Hotel is basic and somewhat overpriced. Bathroom was dirty with a similar layout to a hospital (one room with no delineation between the toilet, sink, or shower). Shower bench when lifted up was not clean (pink and black mould). Shower curtain and entire bathroom smelled like mildew. Used towel left on the back of the bathroom door. Significant noise from the Kristy Kreme parking lot next door (loud revving of engines and loud music throughout the night).

This was by far, the worst place I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in cleaner backpacker hostels around the world. I will be sending through an official complaint to Accor and ibis budget. The room we paid $200 a night for was filthy. It was like they had opened a storage room for us and not cleaned it. Over 1cm of dust in most places, the bathroom was disgusting- full of mould. Under the beds I would predict 2-3cm of dust, rubbish, socks, ripped lining off the beds. I complained to reception who were most unpleasant at arrival and with this complaint. I also asked housekeeping to view the amount of dust and their response was ‘ohh well’. They did not care, even when I pointed out the amount of dust was a serious health hazard. I have multiple photos I will be sending through. Also they only provide 1 electricity point for a family room and when I asked about this I was told in a rather rude manner ‘what do you expect’. Every single staff member I interacted with was so unbelievably rude. If I could give this place a zero, I would.

Sadly, not a good experience. First of all before check in I was sent an email with the shuttle price which I was then charged a different price at the property and was told that they would not honour the emailed price. The hotel is very run down and needs some TLC and my room was dirty. There were little fruit flies everywhere, hair in my head and mold all in the grout of the bathroom. In the morning I had an issue with a cancelled flight and wanted help from the front desk staff which were no where to be found. I called out multiple times and still nothing. So I went next door to the Mantra to see if they could help me instead. I couldn't wait to leave the hotel and it was a sad way to end my trip to Australia but I would not recommend staying here. Likely better off spending the little bit extra and staying next door at the Mantra.

Simple and reasonably clean. USB charger did not work. Vending machine would not take credit card. A place to sleep and shower for a connecting flight. 15 minutes walk from domestic terminal. Shuttle available for 12 Australia dollars. It would be helpful to place a sign at the front desk as to the location of shuttle terminal. All in all the price was right.

Room smelt on urine and smoke that went though the whole room. We checked out early due to this. Fridge was unstable and wobbled every time you opened the door. Pillows were basically useless and lacked any support or comfort. Only good thing about hotel was it was close to airport which you can easily walk to.

Walkable to the domestic airport, shopping and eating areas. The hotel has a weighing scale for your luggages but you have to pay AUD$2 only good for 30 seconds so you have to weigh luggages fast to avoid paying again.
