    Good value for money, rooms are small, but adequate. I found it quiet, comfortable bed, shower reasonable. Overall happy.

    I have stayed here many times. I have reported a number of issues a number of times and despite being assured that they would be fixed, they have not been . One of these issues is the lack of communication between Wotif / Expedia & the hotel. If I ask for a ground floor room online (I have arthritic legs) they do not get the message. Usually they can work out a room when I arrive. This time I was faced with 2 flights of stairs. To make matters worse, when I came back on the 2nd night my card would not open the front door. Fortunately the night staff were there and they opened the door for me . I went up the 2 flights of stairs and found that my card would not open my room door! So it was back down 2 flights of stairs, then back up 2 flights of stairs, to have my room opened for me. I found then that my room had been made up, even though I had left the do not disturb sign on the door handle. I do not want my room made up because I get the bed comfortable for my arthritic legs (so I can get some sleep) and if they make the bed I have to go through the whole procedure again - generally losing 2 or 3 hours sleep. So after all the hints they've given me I have decided that they win, I give up, I will not go back, it's just too much hassle. I'm sick of rooms that are only average cleanliness, faults that do not get repaired and prices that frankly are only nominally better by perhaps $10 or $20 than the surrounding 3 1/2 star motels. I'll be going somewhere else in future.
