This is a hotel that has a bar and restaurant that gets pretty busy and loud. They warn you ahead of time though so I was fine with it. Hotel was nice overall, and room was nice and specious. The windows open to mini balconies overlooking Bondi beach. Downside is those windows are not sealed super well so noise and bugs can get in. Nice location, right across from the beach. If you are looking to go to the beach and party this is the place for you.

Unfortunately being in Sydney and especially by the ocean we can attract some unwanted visitors, and whilst we have routine pest management services to try and stop this from happening we do still unfortunately get them flying in. I would like to give you peace of mind that our pest management service has assured us that there is no breeding or infestation in any of our rooms but rather general cockroaches that are in the area that fly in. We apologise if this hindered your stay with us. And we are glad that we were able to assist you on the night and upgrade you to another room away from the noise. Would Stay Again!
The cutest little 12-room hotel across the street from Bondi Beach. Room is stocked with lots of fun mini bar options & there's an on-site restaurant with DELICIOUS food & drinks. Only complaint: outside the hotel is very loud on the weekends. Would stay again!

The hotel inside was surprisingly modern more, particularly the staff were so attentive and friendly. The location is ideal right opposite the beach and around the shops we loved our stay. Regards, Ray Thorpe

comfortable and very spacious room, right across from the beach. Great value for money! Construction noise across the road was loud in the afternoon , which of course is no fault of the property but be aware this is going on.

Perfect place for Adults that like to have a drink. Loud music on weekends till 2am but we personally loved the bar downstairs and joined in. Definitely not for everyone if you want a quiet place this is not for you. Will book again loved the location directly across the road from Bondi Beach

wonderful staff. so friendly and helpful. great location. good value. beautiful property. Only issue was it was strange for a serviced apartment not to have a microwave. Also there was in induction cooktop but not the proper pans to be able to use it.

Very cosy stay, rooms are an awesome size much bigger than expected and I love that the bedroom was separated from the living area. Exceptionally clean! Receptionists we’re soo lovely and always looking out for us. It is a restaurant and club at night so quite noisy. Be prepared for the security guards to not allow you to your room. This was the only down fall about our stay. We had come back from a lovely dinner and grabbed some gelato to have back in our room but security wouldn’t allow us to go to our room until we finished.

Great room, shame about the bouncer.
Fantastic unique decor. Grate variety of unique drinks and life that there was Foxtel. Front desk service was great. Was surprised as to how loud the music was which did not finish until 1am. In saying that I was aware when making the booking. Was disappointed in the passive aggressiveness from the bouncer who was out of line demanding to see my room key when entering attempting to go in the lift to my room which was out of line. And my pet peeve is a hotel holding onto the deposit ($200) several days after still after you depart. Wouldn’t mind that back soon.

The property was lovely, minus the fact that they have a shower over a bath with no handrails or a rubber mat so its a massive safety risk. I slipped whilst in the shower and because there was no handrail, and literally nothing to break my fall, I fell right onto my back while the shower was running. Not impressed and still feeling the pain down my right hand side. Spoke to staff as I was checking out, apart from observing I was still able to stand and walk, they didn't really care. Won't be back and will not recommended but it would be good if they took some action on installing the most simple of measures to ensure this doesnt happen to anyone again.

The room itself was beuatifully appointed and very clean. Our view from the room was stunning. However we didnt realise this hotel is also a very loud bar/nightclub and that sleep before 1am isnt an option as the whole hotel is pumping with music.
