We loved our stay, the room and building was beautiful and the staff were so attentive and accommodating. We were there for the Taylor Swift eras tour and they even brought us friendship bracelets as a gift, it was such a sweet touch. The location is perfect and everything that we wanted to see is walkable, with vibrant bars and restaurants all around. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back again

This is a lovely well located hotel. Staff was fabulous. It is difficult to find in the city, some transportation could only drop us off on the strret before the lane. Carpet in room needs love (cleaning or replacing)

The hotel staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and considerate. The room was comfortable and luxurious with a wonderful bath. The hotel was in a great location to access Circular Quay and city centre.

The Staff & the facilities were great. However, coming by car from the country we found the signage to the Hotel too small & inadequate. It was difficult to find in the laneway & then unpack your luggage, get back in your car then drive to a parking station two blocks up in Pitt St. Staff did give directions over the phone but it was not detailed enough & even Google Maps was not accurate. However, this was a small inconvenience initially & the location of the Hotel was excellent for us to visit the Opera House, Art Galleries, Museums & Theatre. The staff were very friendly & made our stay very comfortable.

Unique boutique hotel in a former steel warehouse. Our room was spacious with a great floor plan and amenities. Centrally located in CBD, near Circular Quay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cool area, hotel and room design. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Staff were most helpful. However - room a bit tired - not everything worked, lacked easy to access instructions.
