The area outside the apartment was a little dirty but the hotel itself was very clean. The location was amazing with being so close to the beach , local restaurants and shops .

Lives up to it’s Boutique name
I was greeted very warmly by the reception on my late arrival and felt safe and welcome. I was thrilled with my en-suite room which was extremely spacious and tastefully decorated. My bed was remade every day and the bathroom restocked. The boutique hotel lived up to my expectations. It is much quieter than its sister hotel and still in a great location. I ordered room service once which was delivered quickly. Thank you

Really enjoyed being able to stay in the boutique part of the hotel and walk down and enjoyed the beer garden with a great view and atmosphere with friendly bar staff.

The Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel is ideally located with access to the beach and to food outlets. The room was clean, well resourced and was serviced daily.

Treated very poorly by the reception staff. I am still waiting for return of funds, holding deposit. They told me it is pending but has been debited from my account. When I challenged them on this matter they were extremely rude, threatened to hang up and did so. Having spent nearly $1000 on accommodation I do not expect to be treated so badly by staff who do not have any concept of customer service. Also parking was charged at $30/night instead of $25 as advertised. Room was nice but service terrible. Won't be staying there again

The room was beautifully appointed. Very comfortable bed and lounge. Great view from the balcony. Smart TV and a great in room dining menu, but also so many restaurants to choose from on Coogee Bay Rd only minutes walk away. Staff very friendly. Value for money

Newly renovated rooms look fantastic! Super comfortable and nice finishes. I had a beach view room, whilst you could see the beach in the distance, you looked out over the back of the pub primarily. Apartment building next door was undergoing renovations so very loud men working first thing in the morning which was annoying

needs to hire new cleaners & drop the room rate
the walla in room 110 are dirty , the shower curtain is brown on the bottom, the glasses and cups were dirty, the mat in front of the lounge was disgusting and needs to be removed from the room For over$350.00 a night the cleaning is way off par from years gone by and I have stayed here for the past 10 years every year
