Good apartment in great location for bondi beach. We had apt 1 which you had to use stairs to get to and steps down to flat so if mobility an issue maybe not for you.

Great location, average to no service, limited parking, room is alright Great location right next to the beach and less than a couple minutes walk to Icebergs. If you're driving, parking is going to be an issue - there is off site secure parking but spots are limited, and when I tried to make a reservation for a lot, management asked me to provide my credit card details via phone call or email to secure a spot. I replied that I was unable to do so due to credit card fraud concerns, and there was no further assistance provided for alternative forms of payment (ie. via PayPal etc) even when queried. They simply didn't reply. When I had arrived on the premises and tried to request for a parking spot, I was informed that parking was full. Street parking is difficult to find if overnight. This creates some issues for parking - for guests who are driving, this may be something to keep in mind. Apartment itself is okay; clean and amenities are basic. Keep in mind this is not a hotel and the service provided reflects this.

I loved the location. I liked how the manager let me in early instead of waiting until 2pm. I loved the apartment and the view. Doing the door code coming in and out sometimes can get confusing, especially if you had a few drinks but depending how long you stay, it becomes second nature. Overall the property is quiet. The one time I heard noise it was my neighbors and we ended up hanging out for little bit so it was all good. The only one thing I could say that could be fixed is when the cleaning people come in they need to be more aware if some one is showering or changing or using the bathroom regardless if the sign is on the door or not. I was showering And they walked right in. But they did walk right out when they realized. So it’s ok. But yea overall. It’s a great place to stay by far. Would stay again and recommend.

Property is in excellent location. We did struggle with parking at times but managed. The only reason I gave overall poor review was because the first night there we tried to use the A/C at night because we wanted to shut the doors to close out the noise outside. Unfortunately there was an Error code on the screen and wouldn’t allow for use. The management did however send someone out quickly and just reset the breaker which appeared to work at the moment. We left the room for the day and came back the afternoon to find that the AC controller didn’t have any power on the screen. The room had been serviced which was nice however, I feel that knowing the unit was having air conditioning issues it should have been checked. Unfortunately we had to spend 2 nights with the outside doors open (which was nice and cool) however the cars and noise level was ridiculous and we had 2 very uncomfortable and restless nights that we stayed at this location. Management did say they called for service but I felt they were frustrated with me for calling. Hopefully they will get the issue straightened out because when we googled the error code it stated problem with outside unit but flipping the breaker was suppose to be a quick fix I guess.

Perfect size, modern good layout, spectacular view of Bondi Beach, stones throw to Icebergs Club, good restaurants on your doorstep, no parking sucks, secure parking option too far away didn't even use it, parking ticket $120 so three days $40 a day, worth it, put dishes in dishwasher can't close drawers, no bin handy externally, all up outstanding, location perfect.

our parking is a 2 minute walk and is best to book our parking and all the streets are meteredThe bin is under the sink area.

A/C not working but overall great
Overall the stay was amazing. It’s in a prime location and the balcony is a plus. The gelato shop down the street is amazing. The only downfall was the AC didn’t work. They did try to fix it but we were only there for two days. The first night was miserable because how warm the room was and the second night they put a fan to improve the overall night.

Comfortable apartment in a great location but a used coffee cup sitting on the bench and when I pulled back the bed there were several long black womens hairs etc on the pillow and sheets. Obviously they hadnt been changed. Clean other than that.

Excellent property. Fantastic location. Great communication with property managers. Only issue was with door code. Sometimes it didn’t work and we were issued with a different one that also didn’t work. Just need to sort this but otherwise great.

Pros- the property is good for a couple and ia at the perfect location to enjoy the views from bondi beach. Cons- Booningvia expedia as expedia showed me the pictures of this room with a balcony facing sea view, but i didnt get that same sea view balcony rather i got a view which was completely useless and the valcony was facing inside the apartment area of that building which was worthless to take. Further, when i had a conversation with the property owner, she said that it is a problem from expedia as expedia was an overseas 3rd party hence she is not responsible for this miscommunication. So I wont recommend taking this property via expedia as they dont exactly mention that this property has 2 flavours i.e., 1- room with balcony sea view 2- room with balcony Sadly i got option 2 as clearly Expedia didnt show me the 1st option at all (even if 1st option was not available or whatever). However, Expedia did show me the pictures of the room where the balcony was sea facing and hence i booked this room with much more price. Very dissatisfied with this booking.

We were asked to call mgmt when we arrived in, but could not call because American phones didn't work. This left us in doubt for several hours. Also, the checkout time was not communicated to us in email or otherwise. We did store our luggage temporarily in basement lockers. The basement was not clean and we saw a dead roach. All that said, it was a perfect location for Bondi Icebergs. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

We would happily stay at this apartment again. We appreciated the ease of access and the communication. Seeing this is an apartment it would of been appreciated if you would allow basics to be left from guest to guest as we've experienced at other apartments i.e. olive oil, salt and pepper that type of thing. We really appreciated the 'real' milk in the fridge and the abundance of soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Definitely would stay again.

Unbeatable location, amazing views, recently refurbished apartment with good amenities. We requested and received a baby cot and high chair which was appreciated. Some minor issues: a bit of road noise, apart from clearing trash and changing towels we didn't get much housekeeping service. Overall a good stay and would certainly return.

I had the most wonderful stay in these apartments. The lady I spoke with was so nice and super helpful. I had a beautiful ocean view 2 bedroom self contained unto. The staff were also very helpful and nice. One of the best last minute holidays I’ve booked and a lot of that has to do with the location being 💯 and the beautiful friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

The view on this place can’t be beat. Staff were super accommodating and helpful. The unit is a mix of a beautiful brand new kitchen bath and bedrooms that definitely need to have the carpets replaced. It was very comfortable and well stocked but had lots of signs of wear. Would book again due to location/view/size of unit.

Great location and fantastic views but we were disappointed when we arrived to be told there was no parking available and if we wanted a place in someone’s garage it would be an extra $45 per night and a seven minute walk away when we’d already paid $450 per night $10 per hour street parking available. Wine glass had lipstick on it, no power point in the bathroom and very hard to wash your hair with the lack of water pressure in the shower. Apart from that quite a good place to stay.
