In the mornings, enjoy your coffee in the garden courtyard, the centrepiece of this architect-awarded home. If youre visiting when the nights are cooler, light up the fireplace and be mesmerised by the flames.



Avid cooks will be happy creating a delectable feast in the fully-equipped kitchen, especially with Victor Churchills excellent Australian meats a few blocks away. In case you need to catch up on emails, theres a study nook for your laptop. After dinner, get settled in the lounge for a film on Netflix, then retreat to the master and guest bedrooms for a long nights sleep.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
