"Staff are all accommodating and courteous We checked in at around 6 pm. At around 9:00 pm, the young lady at the reception counter helped us order Pizza; checked in for flight tge following am; and arranged uber for following am. She was patiently nice.
The bell boy/man were very helpful too.
Service for glasses, cups, ice was fast"

"Hotel was located across the street from Wynyard station close transit to/from airport and all attractions. The hotel area was quiet at night. Staff was friendly and the lobby bar had a nice happy hour for drinks and winding down. Cameron who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. He was always around to ask if we needed assistance or just to ask us how our day went. A great experience!"
