Our roomy was so lovely! It was a great location to access the Circular Quay area but also the CBD and Botanical Gardens Park. We were in Sydney for several days, and we were able to walk to all the top tourist attractions.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay was top-notch!
We were recognized as VIP. If I could offer anything, it would be to clean mold in shower grout more frequently and have much faster coffee service in the restaurant.
Arrived a day before a cruise out of Sydney. Very welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. Could have taken train from airport and walked to the hotel but it was raining heavily so we took a cab. Very pricey option. Hopefully we'll be taking train when we leave. Very close location to restaurants and other sights in the area. Will be staying here on our way back home! Highly recommend this hotel.
We arrived early and were able to check in early. Great location. Comfortable room. Staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Wonderful stay!
Wonderful hotel, great location and fabulous service. In house dining was very nice and great value too. Close to cbd shops and to waterfront. Will stay again
Hotel was in a great location. Bit of an older property. Technology in room was very old. Not able to cast to tv. Breakfast too expensive for what they had. Plan to eat elsewhere.

Concierge and front desk service was great but bar and cafeteria staff were inexperienced. Construction around hotel was loud at times. Great location.
The only upside was the spacious room.
Apart from that, I had to wait more than 30 mins for my room despite it's guaranteed check-in time. For my 4 nights stay, I encountered false fire alarm 3 times which is ridiculous in a such a short amount of time.

Unfortunately there was a recurring problem with a single sensor that kept triggering until the fire department was able to isolate this sensor that has since been repaired. Whilst our check in time is from 3pm, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific check in time as rooms are serviced continuously and during high demand periods, these can take some time. Great location. A short walk one way down to the harbour and in the other direction close to great shopping.
The breakfast was one of the best buffets ever - specialty coffee machine, personal omelette bar, back bacon!!!
Highly recommend the hotel.
Its a perfect place for everything. Transportation is very accessible and you can just walk from the OPera House. Hotel is in the middle of the Business District. I love it!
Just a wonderful hotel, conveniently located close enough to the shopping areas, restaurants and the international cricket stadium. We were greeted warmly on our arrival and our check in experience was seamless and pleasant. Lovely room as well

Very high standard all around. The concierge staff, along with the front desk clerks,were exceptionally helpful to an elderly couple with some infirmities. The Executive Lounge was very convenient and staffed attentively. Highly recommended.
We have stayed here before and we had a lovely room, so expected the same this time, we were upgraded apparently but the room was tiny with a very small bed ( we are both tall) and a tiny bathroom , we were up high in the rooof it seemed overlooking a building site and the room smelt very musty, we were very disappointed this time.

Outstanding staff especially the front desk and concierge.
I can’t fault the property at all. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Really appreciated an early check in. Close to the train and close enough to walk to circular quay etc. it has an outdoor, pool and spa. The room was spacious and I couldn’t believe how quiet our room was.
The hotel staff were amazing! They answered all our questions regarding the area surrounding the hotel, and how to get around. The room was quiet and quite relaxing! Love that it had a fitness center on premises. They were able to accommodate us for early morning check-in. Amazing!
Everything is perfect but could be better by changing from separate hot and cold taps to a single one which is much more easier to use. Also, a glass table top is not helpful for business travelers working with optical or laser mice.
We have stayed at a Radisson Blu before, in London. To select a hotel, I googled hotels for first time visitors. The location was perfect for us as we went to Circular Quay many times as well as Darling Harbor.
The amenities of this 5 star hotel were consistent with our expectations. We loved it.
