Overall the property was excellent in all areas. It is also well situated within the CBD. More importantly though, was the friendly attentive staff at all levels.

I loved everything about the property from Check-in to the room and the service from start to finish was incredible. Especially loved room service and also the location could not be better.

On arrival on Friday night I requested help from the Concierge which was refused. All other staff were friendly and helpful, he was not.

Room was great especially with the jacuzzi tub. Loved the fruit platter and water. Staff were very friendly though we never seemed to fix the issue with my last name between Expedia and the hotel system.
